Very good location, good service, good food but small portions. Also a bit expensive for what it offers

Good place for a relaxed lunch. Food was good but service was distinctively welcoming. Affordable venue in downtown Milan

Good food and nice place. Bit too hectic since it is very busy. Being in the city centre not expensive.

This restaurant was recommended to us before our trip to Milan. It is well situated near the Duomo but that's only good point I think. We ordered lassagne and pizza and got some bread. Lassagne was good, but pizza was terrible, the worst we had in Milan, bread was hard. Really nothing special. And the prices are too high compared... More

We had dinner at Charleston for four evenings and we enjoyed it. Lot to choose from and all we ate was tasting good. Besides that, the staff was very friendly. Nice place to eat!

I generally prefer this restaurant on my trips to Milan. Good service, fresh foods and normal price. Now the restaurant has a winter garden. It is pretty for dinner.

Charleston is in a very nice place close to duomo with a nice place to seat but the tables are so close each other that you can even go to the toilete. The service is very poor but the food is good.

People are delusional. One of the worst pizza I ever had. I had many. Considering we are in Italy, that alone says a lot about the restaurant. Dry, burned and boring pizza. Lots of dough, not much topping.

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
