This restaurant is the place to be for excellent meat! we had Cuore di filetto of beef, it was a dream. We can regret that no sauce is served with the meat . The wine was perfect. Our child had chicken (portion was too large),we had a good time! the place is very accurate, not many activity around unfortunately. The... More

Even if the area looks quite poor, the restaurant has a very nice and warm decoration. The food quality is very good and the menu is very rich of argentinian tastes. Very important that there is good ventilation so your clothes are not getting smoked. Prices are about 30-50€ per person, including wine.

Perfect restaurant for those who loves meat. However service was not up to my expectations and prices are high.

Had a great time at El Gaucho. We ordered the mixed platter for our mains and the portion was 'wow' didn't manage to eat it all! Very tasty and recommended!

I was very curious to go to this restaurant, as I was told that the meat was fantastic and the ambiance very modern. I cam out slightly disappointed; the meat was good, but I had much much better - nothing to write home about. Service was quite attentive, actually; I came in rather late as I was traveling and I... This is a low level pretentious restaurant that I was told had some "celebrities" behind it. Super modern furnishing is there to show how trendy the place is. Check out the usual ever so frequent uncomfortable chairs or the washroom's ridiculous wash basins). With a few exceptions from what I have seen of other restaurants that had a celbrity invest... I have been to El gaucho with 5 colleagues to celebrate a new professional venture. The position is not very convenient , waiters are all argentinians. I had Mixed spanish jam, it was indicated as a portion for two, but it was sufficient for max 1,5 and with very Mixed quality as well. Churasco de lomo was good, altough not... More

The restaurant is simple yet elegant, the waiters (all argentinians) extermely friendly and attentive, and the food fantastic. For starters I sahred a provoleta (delicious molten cheese with herbs) and some fantastic sweetbreads. as a main course I choose a fantastic lomo (filet steak) that literally melted in my mouth. The waiter suggested an excellent argentinian malbec to go with... More

El Gaucho is a smart, authentic Argentinian restaurant. The steaks are truly delicious, the choice of starters and desserts is not great, but that's normal for this type of cuisine. It's pretty expensive, but you get your money worth as the meat is one of the best in Milan. Atmosphere is relaxed and all staff is from South America, which... More
