Good family restaurant

The service was very good, the food was fresh, abundant and delicious. It was a little bit noisy but all right. A very good experience and I will be back.

What you see is what you get. Cuisine from one of the smallest region in Italy with a good combo between erbs and meat. Try Paccheri, they Are not hand-made, but this is a cheap place after all... Forget the wine.

We were taken here by local friends when we sought to be taken to a typical, noisy, family orientated local restaurant. And that just about sums up our experience. Is it the best Italian food I ever ate? No. Was it a whole lot of fun with singing, noise, and Italian warmth and welcome? Sure was, an ever changing kaleidoscope... More

Wonderful place with very good food. It was full even as we arrived at 11 in the evening and for good reason. The food was really well cooked and delicious- we had lamb in the oven and a heavenly mozzarella starter. For three people we paid 65 eur- good price for the quality and the fact all the products were... More

We sought out this restaurant looking for a place within walking distance of Milan’s Stazione Centrale, where we were staying the night before our departure from Italy, in order to savor a final meal before heading back to culinary deserts. Da Giannino--L'angolo d'Abruzzo did not disappoint us. It was about a 15-minute walk from our hotel in a district that... More

We were in Milan in August with not many options. This place was our food savior. Delicious and friendly. The guys at the table next to us kindly helped us with our Italian vocabulary. Seemed to be both a tourist and neighborhood place, all at once. Service was uncommonly helpful and attentive.

This restaurant is a hole-in-the-wall treasure. Tucked away, I tasted the best carbonnera I have ever had alongside a wonderful house wine... and three different desserts. Cozy and almost like being in your family kitchen, I came back twice during my travels in Italy.

If you're looking for a quiet romantic diner, this is not the place. But, don't take it off the list yet. This restaurant is home to great Italian food, and not necessarily pizzas and pastas. Myself I had the chefs' special, as the waiter kindly reminded me I ordered a similar dish twice (starter and main). The special was a... More

Many restaurants are closed in August out of the touristic area. It's a really nice and genuine place. Very good food and generous portions. Really good value for money!

We went on a Tuesday night, and arrived at 18:30 but dinner started at 19:30! No matter, it was worth the wait. Our party of two was seated at around 19:20 p.m. It was amazing, within 10 minutes of being seated, a stream of locals began trickling in, and patrons were still coming in after we had finished eating more...
