Fiorentina steak super!

The restaurant gives his best during summer thanks to ita wonderful Veranda/Garden sorrounded by green. To try the bug buffet, not usual and not standard tastes. Then the meat,if you wanna try the real Fioretina steak try it here. The price is not cheap but if you want the quality you have to pay it.

while on a business trip trip to Milan I had the pleasure of eating here. Everything was excellent, wine, antipasti, primi piatti and a great bistecca alla fiorentino. I suspect this isn't an inexpensive restaurant but I wasn't picking up the tab.

Typical spatious italian eatery style restaurant with great patio area, we (group of 16) ate in a outside open separé. The great traditional service Gentlemen had mozzy spray to counter the bugs... The food is all you expect from in Italy: (fried) antipasti, Pasta, and then we were treated to this mouth licking Beef Filet. The side dish for that:... More

I was at this excellent restaurant with my family and relatives and I must say that I got a wonderful evening. Extremely good meat, very good and attentive service. I know I am not the first to review this restaurant, but I must say that it is really great. They have a very nice garden where during the summer evenings... More

We went in to a business lunch in December and as usual when they see some businessmen entering in the restaurant they try to trick you. First they offer you a mixed appetizer very expensive and not so good. Main plate good but nothing special....wine very good but very expensive. Service if you are an expensive restaurant you must have... More

Although they have a traditional indoor dinning room, if the weather is nice you'll want to sit in their very pleasant tent-covered courtyard. This mecca of meat features a spectacular buffet of very high quality prosciutto, salame, seafood and vegetable antipasti, as well as the house specialty Fiorentina steak (a T-bone) served rare with a dramatic precut presentation. It's all... More

Fabulous example of good quality ingredients presented with great effect. A selection of starters included classics such as salad caprese, brochetta and a simply magnificent selection of dried ham and salamis. This was followed by a fried egg topped with slivers of truffle for a simply sublime dish that was followed by a local T-bone, presented rare and glorious. A... More

IL Borghetto was recommended by our hotel staff; we were very pleased. Besides the inside area, they have a spacious outdoor patio area and the weather was gorgeous so made for a nice atmosphere to enjoy a delicious, unrushed meal. My husband especially loved the antipasto bar (fried zucchini flowers too)! We shared the shrimp/linguine (one of the best I... More

Staying in Bicocca

Neighborhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
