Friendly seafood restaurant.

This restaurant in a quiet part of Milan offers great seafood with very friendly service. There is a nautical theme to the décor. The staff speak adequate English to help foreign visitors and overall is a great place to eat.

I eat at 5 Terre regularly, both for special occasions and just for an evening out, and every single time the food and service has been top notch. I love everything about the place, from the atmosphere, to the decor, to the food and wine, and the warm friendly approach of the people. We usually take the buffet antipasto, and... More

We ate earlier than most Italians would prefer, but the staff was ready. The buffet-style seafood antipasta is served on a table loaded with simple white bowls filled with every possible tasty product of the sea. The remainder of the meal was delightful and the chef cheerfully fixed our portions so the Primo and Secondo could be shared as we... More

Everytime I come back to Milan, I go and have lunch at this restaurant. For lunch, you have essentially business customers ; not sure about dinner. It doesn't look spectacular from the street and there is not too much around, except the new Corso Cuomo skyscrapers, but what's important is what you have in your plate right ? And there....... Excellent choice of buffet appetizers, also first course was very good. Hidden in a side street, you have to know it's there. As often is the case in Italian restaurants, air conditioning should have been running better.

We went to this restaurant after reading the quite positive comments on TripAdvisor. The waitress was nice and polite, and the food came rather quickly (the restaurant was actually almost empty when we arrived). Menus were in English, which is helpful. But then: the ravioli as primi piatti were certainly very tasty, but 13 € for a few of them... More

We decided to dine here one night as it was close to our hotel. The decor was pleasant and the staff friendly and efficient. However the food was a bit ordinary, the grilled king prawns were a little overcooked, making them dry and the dish of fried seafood was OK, nothing to rave about though and luckily we ordered a... The restaurant defines itself sophisticated, although the ambiance it’s pretty common, if not disappointing having had some expectations. Luckily, the ambiance is not the mirror of the quality of the food in this restaurant inspired from Ligurian cuisine. Food is good, seafood is fresh, and the service is agreeable. We believe the price is also adequate, comparing cuisine service and... More

Staying in Brera

Neighborhood Profile
Brera
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
