I went with my friend to have dinner, as we were exploring Indian restaurants in milan, and this we found second in the list. I found uncle, owner of the place, was very good. Food was tasty. Even owner suggested few items, and they were very tasty. The only down side I found is its location, otherwise this place is... More

It was a very good experience. Both of us loved our dishes and can't wait to go back again. It was not expensive at all, for what they offer. It was kind of hard to get there, but it was definitely worth it.

We tried to book a table using tripadvisor app, but it failed due to internal error ! We went there, most of the tables were free, the owner cum receptionist cum waiter (yeah a single man !!! ) told us to sit somewhere, we did and waited for more than 30 minutes, then he gave us the menu (true) then... Although the food was quite nice, I felt the service was let down; due the only one person at the front of the house. I presume it was the owner of the restaurant ( at front of house) and he was not only greeting new customers but also serving food taking away empty plates taking orders for food and drink... More

Firstly the location of this restaurant is in some dingy alleyway. We ordered 2 cold drinks, 2 Naan, paneer makhni and chicken tikka masala, which was the worst I have had in my life, on top of which we were smacked with a €50 bill which did not do justice to the food portions. Definitely not what I expected.

Authentic Indian Food. I eat here every time I visit Milan. The food is prepared fresh and as per your request. Ask for the special spicy chutney. They prepare it fresh and it is to die for!! If the owner Mr Shekhar is around, he will also give you some pearls of wisdom regarding the food and its ingredients.

The Service Was Amazing, The Food Was Amazing. Even Though It Takes Some Time For Service, It Was Worth It. Everything Is Perfect But One Thing, The Location. But Its No Big Deal.

Visited mainly because it is closer to Duomo. Service is little bit slow even though there is no one in restaurant. Ordered chicken tikka masala and Naan. Taste is ok. Tried Mango Lassi - would rate it as 1/5 horrible. In general, OK.

We visited this restaurant from the U.S.A based on trip advisor. The food and service was excellent and highly recommend a visit. We had a 20% discount voucher but it was not honored - disappointing end ...

Staying in Navigli

Neighborhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
