Not just a restaurant, but La Briciola !. Refined and elegant, polite and courteous welcome, excellent Mediterranean cuisine and respect for tradition, wine cellar with the best national and international labels, attentive service and not least an atmosphere in keeping with the evening here is what turns the Crumb in an exclusive club where it just feels like home. A truly special place created very skilfully by Gianni, the landlord, almost 37 years ago and recently expanded with the bar area and a hall to accommodate in a radiant and cheerful its customers.

Big disappointment for overpriced meal

We started our w.e with this restaurant on the advise of a friend and it was way under our expactations. Pour service, dishes over priced and food just average. La briciola offers a very pleasant atmosphere: interiors and people inside the restaurant are very well suited for couples or dinners with close friends. Given the proximity to Easter, the restaurant was decorated with a number of small to giant eggs, providing a sense of comedy without excess. Service was quite good, the waiter knew when to intervene timely without... More

Saved this restaurant for my daughters 21st birthday. What a charming establishment. It definitely attracts interesting clientele . The night we dined the paparazzi arrived to snap some celebs. Great interiors. The food was outstanding. Good place to dine Italian style, slowly over many courses and many hours. I recommend you make a booking. Particularly pretty at night with lots... More

Only casual looking restaurant I've been to in Italy that charged a ridiculously high cover charge of 5 EUR per person AND a service charge of close to 15%. I don't think their menu indicated these extra prices because I didn't see coperto or servizio on it. If it did, it was probably in size 1 font. The price was... More

We were lucky to find free table. It was very nice decorated, warm but very noisy. The food was good but not special. The prices were too high for what is offered. There are better restaurants in Milan, where you can eat to much better. We can recommend just to try once, but not for more.

By 10pm the place is hopping with beautiful people, mostly locals. We were sent there by two friends independently, one of them a local who described it perfectly. Yes they don't have English menus, but the food is discernable in Italian. The waiter spoke decent English and answered a few questions we had. The food was pretty good. We had... More

Our dinner at La Briciola was a "Milan" experience. Empty when we arrived, the restaurant soon filled with classy Italians, many of whom knew the owners. So watching the crowd became part of the evening's entertainment. . . Known for their Milanese specialties, the food did not disappoint. We enjoyed avocado salad, salted rice and veal milanese. Our waiter gave... More

Business dinner in Milano and my guests booked at this restaurant. We had a table in a strange room too small for our group and so we were packed one to the other. Waiter wasn't rude, but for sure not very polite and service was really without style. Last but not least, the food: really basic level and even if... More

I've been literally just back from La Briciola and I thought everything was great. But I would especially recommend the tiramusi, it is out of this world. A waiter named Massimo attended me and he was just great. Very friendly people, I would stay you can feel the Italian hospitality deeply here. Food is great. I've had one appetizer, one... More

It is expensive, and I am told it is a preferred place by famous soccer players (can't say if true, I would not recognize any). But food is excellent (try the tartare). Only defect is soccer on big tv screens. Could do without.
