Not just a restaurant, but La Briciola !. Refined and elegant, polite and courteous welcome, excellent Mediterranean cuisine and respect for tradition, wine cellar with the best national and international labels, attentive service and not least an atmosphere in keeping with the evening here is what turns the Crumb in an exclusive club where it just feels like home. A truly special place created very skilfully by Gianni, the landlord, almost 37 years ago and recently expanded with the bar area and a hall to accommodate in a radiant and cheerful its customers.

La Briciola atmosphere is unique I can smell the lights and the colors, whatever you will choose to eat you will have it in a place which is really unique. One star is missing from my rate because of the prices but they are somewhat justified by the location in the middle of brera and corso como areas

This restaurant serves really good food in a very cozy atmosphere. The downside is the prices and surcharges. If money is not a problem and you don't mind the feeling of being rip off give it a try, otherwise avoid.

Upon arriving, we were made unwelcome with the waiter telling us that usually kids are not seated where we were, and hence he was doing us a favor... Then came his recommendation for our kids' meals which were an insult of a dish (demi porzione) but charged at full porzione price... then the additional service charge... and to top that... More

We just had dinner at this place and had the same experience as all of the other reviewers. The food was good, but small portions, the service was terrible and unorganized. The prices are ridiculous for what you end up getting and their secret add on fees are a big joke. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.... More

I only wish I had read the other comments on tripadvisor before reserving here. The food is decent, but the additional charges are absurd, especially the 15 pct service charge, which added 25 euros to our bill (on top of the 5 euro per person cover charge, which is also pricey, if more typical for Milan.) On top of that... More

I love the interior of the restaurant as it felt like you were dining at someone's home. Unfortunately, the prices does not seem to justify for the overall experience. On top of the typical coperto/cover charge, there was an additional 15% service charge, which does not make sense when customers are already paying for the coperto. By paying 'double' service... The food here is good, it was recommended by friends as well as trade magazines. The deserts were excellent. The Tiramisu and the Pannacota was excellent. The pricing is very expensive especially the 12 % service charge and the 5 Euro cover charge.

There are better places in Milan in terms of quality/price ratio. The foie gras starter was at 14eur or so and was two very thin slices of foie gras with 2 leaves of salad. They didn't bring us the mozzarella but instead the salami. The milanese was good but not the most memorable. The decor is definetely distinguished and the... More
