Traditional Italian but reasonably priced for Milan.

We had a reasonable meal here. It was recommended by our hotel and only a few minutes walk away. Food was uninspiring but well executed but the primo plate was a little disappointing and rather bland. We did however enjoy our veal second course. Service was efficient throughout and wine list very... read more

The 300 years old Boeucc is the oldest restaurant in Milano. The food is Milanese and delicious. As you sit at your table, you receive some appetizers offered by the house. The waiters are since years the same, so you can enjoy a familar and high processional service. The waiters are dressed like butlers (dark suit). Nevertheless, they are so... More

Excellent meal in a wonderful traditional restaurant. Formal but not stuffy, elegant but relaxed atmosphere. Good mix of business people and those simply enjoying a night out. Staff really helpful. Food excellent, I enjoyed the Veal Milanese which was enormous and delicious! Good wine list.

This gem of a restaurant is an ideal place for a business lunch or dinner. Attentive first class service. And the food is classical local cuisine! Delicious!

A business associate/friend was taking me to lunch and asked what sort of cuisine I liked. I told him that traditional Milanese food like ossobucco and rissotto Milanese were favorites and this is where he took me. It was fantistic! The menu was impressive, the wine list was wonderful. The atmosphere was kind of like sitting in a library at... More

I had heard so many good things about this restaurant before coming which at the end, at least in my case, were not really really experienced during my dinner. The restaurant is nice, the food was good but nothing special, the service was not at the level of such a restaurant the waitress were a bit stressed and in hurry... More

This is the second time I visited this restaurant. Last was 3 years ago. I went for a ski trip in Switzerland and stop by Milan. We were well received at the entrance and was given a table that can sit 8 persons although we have only 5. Probably due to early reservation. The pasta was superb. My favorite was... More

well, nothing much to add, the place is wonderful, old style real italian food. Nothing so original, only the best risotto all a milanese, the best carcioffi and probably the best people in town come here.

We were recomended to this restaurant by the Concierge of our hotel. I wanted to try the best Ossobuco in town and he sent us there. Old style, old people, presentation less than impressive and by far my Ossobucco is much better. Super pricey! Don't recoment.

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
