This place is awesome. Went two nights in a row because the service and prices were great. The sea bass is a must have and was cooked perfectly. Complimentary limoncello both nights.

Then you'll recognise pictures of troy Donahue and Sandra dee pasted all over the walls. Very welcoming restaurant and good choice of dishes. Staff are helpful and we had squid ink risotto, spaghetti with garlic and chilli and veal with lemon. All mouth-wateringly tasty. Wine is from about €15 to €60 - we had a bottle for €20 - no... Even if the interior still is from the movie A Summer Place the restaurant has changed name but it's still easy to find. The food was excellent especially the Spaghetti Aglio. Very nice place and atmosphere and we'll return next time we're in Milan.

I don't know when this changed name from A Summer Place, but it must be a recent change. This restaurant seems to have changed name every couple of years. I hope the current incarnation lasts. We had wandered past, checking out the nearby Il Carpaccio for a return visit after a year away from the city and noticed that this... More

After spending three nights in Rome this place was very good value, with great food and service to match. The portions were generous so we didn't make it to dessert. Would definitely return.

Decent price and food but nothing special. If you want a quick bite to eat then this is worth a visit, but if your are looking for a culinary experience then try elsewhere.

Walked by the excellent Il Carpaccio and found this one. Most of the other customers were tourists and the food OK but a bit expensive for what it was and especially compared with Il Carpaccio.

Last week our italian culinary tour across Milan's restaurants (during the last 3 years we have changed almost a restaurant every evening) reached this one as the best rated in Tripadvisor for Repubblica zone. This restaurant was a disappointment to us, and we really don't understand the good reviews. You can get so much better food in Italy, with much... More

They need a Hanging Sign out Front to be MORE VISIBLE to those passing in the area. Pizza was very good, but crust a little tough, and that could improve. Others eating all types of meals seemed very pleased. Still the service was very good, with little extras, and warm and friendly service. A Summer Place, more than just their... More

Very cozy reasturant, excellent decor, fast and good service! Staff was very polite and they tried their best to serve us and answer a few questions we had about food and the sourrounding area. We had pizza and Cotolette Milanese. Pizza was great but the cotolette was nothing special...we expected something more tasty and more...italian! Fair prices.
