On August 25th 2014, my family was having lunch on the outside . My daughter placed her pocketbook on the back of her chair. When we finished our lunch, her pocketbook was gone. I notified the police and they asked the owner to review the surveillance camera. The owner claimed he did not know how view the video until the... More

Phenomenal place in the Galleria, the setting was just fantastic, the atmosphere great, the service was really good, everything you should expect from a place like this and the food was good, but you pay the price for the location.

Loved every bite! Reasonable portions with reasonable prices, taking into consideration this is not another corner caffe. Pasta & risitto cooked perfectly and taste was amazing. Make sure you spare a room for tiramisu! Well worth a visit

We visited Milano during second week of august, the time of vacations in Italia and the most of the restaurants were closed, remaining one's were open till 14.30. In the shop Roberto Cavalli we asked what restaurant open during the day and Alina recommended us Gatto Rosso, and asked Sergio. We vent there in no time. It was located at... More

We booked this restaurant in the historic heart of Milano for my wife's birthday dinner. Segio took care of all details and we had an excellent experience! His most competent staff served us as if we were royals and this four course dinner for three including wine and bubbly did not break the bank (< Eur 300 = $ 400)!... More

Great Italian food right in the centre of Milan. The pizza was notably good. Service was good and the meal was good value for money. Be sure to ask for Sergio, a waiter who has been working in Milan for over 30 years!

Located right next to the Duomo, Gatto Rosso has great service, excellent pizzas and fair prices (14-18 €). Highly recommended!

Had dinner without reservations and restaurant was not full. Almost everyone were tourists which is as expected given its location, helped by a 'doorman' who would proactively solicit customers from around the vicinity. Food is good but standard Italian trattoria fare but more expensive, understandably so given its prime location (eg. Cover charge alone is €4/pax). Still, we enjoyed the... More

Not sure what to expect of this restaurant as its in the centre of the tourist activity. However the service from start to finish was excellent, the food very Italian and cooked beautifully, the value for money excellent. I expected less and they delivered more. Loved it, a bit of class in an unexpected place.

Visited with friends on a tour of Italy, and stopped in this restaurant because of its close proximity to the cathedral. Very disappointed with the quality of the food (both pasta and pizza), nowhere near the standards of the rest of Italy and with over-the-top prices and a far above average seating charge they neglected to put on their menu.
