Good location for Hotel Aspromonte, and good value Italian food. Both times we visited it seemed popular with Italian workers staying locally.

The Positives: melon & prosciutto was very good, as was the tagliatelle & salmon. €40 for these + two mains, a litre of house white and a 75cl bottle of San Pellegrino was good value. Portion sizes are good. The Neutral: the spaghetti a la vongole was OK. The Negatives: my pizza was disappointing. I'd had the same type the... More

We went there by the recommendation of our hotel staff, which is only few minutes walk. The atmosphere was good, the service was okay. There were many choices of italian food. Food were served quite fast, food itself was pretty delicious. If we visit Milan next time, we will definitely come back to this restaurant.

We were looking for a typical Italian restaurant and saw this one thinking it would be. The staff were all of oriental origin which was a surprise. The menu was in Italian and English but the staff didn't speak English. We don't speak Italian but luckily other customers spoke French as do we so we managed. The food was average... More

This is one of many Chinese run Italian restaurants in Milan and other cities now. Although owned and run by Chinese, the food is cooked in an authentic way and is indistinguishable from that supplied in 100% Italian restaurants. This restaurant offers a vast menu at really reasonable prices The 3-course menu with water and coffee costs only €20 for... More

Went there last night at the recommendation of the hotel staff. Did not regret at all. Food was great (two fish dishes, sea bass and swordfish). Desserts were to die for (millefoglie and youghurt with fruits). Very well priced. Will go there for dinner the next 3 nights while in Milan. Looking forward to try meat dishes and pizza

Great place to eat well used by the locals. The pasta dishes were excellent and would highly recommend not only the food but also a cheap feed!!!

this restaurant is managed by a chinese family and it is divided in 2 parts: the pizzeria, in front of the main door, and the restaurant, in a quiet and secluded position on the left. I strictly recommend this place for the abundance of the courses and, expecially, for the goodness. I usually start with fried vegetables (tempura di verdure).... More
