Family dinner during our summer vacation. We were looking for something spicy after several days of typical Italian food and wandered in after a long day of sightseeing. Our waiter (think he was the son/owner) essentially took charge of ordering. Bread was outstanding, the chicken and meat stew was wonderfully flavored. Placed filled up and nice lively ambiance. was recommended by friends; my first Eritrean cuisine; extremely satisfying! flavors are a mixed bag of Spanish, Persian, Mediterranean. all good including then house wine my only caveat... eating with your hands... I can see the experience factor but after a serving or too, I would prefer to have utensils instead of wiping and washing every now and then

I always wanted to go, but never had the chance before till a couple of weeks ago: such a brilliant surprise with high quality food and a very pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with some little tables, so I wouldn't recommend it for big party, however as I'm a bit posh, I felt so homely by how... More

Warsa was a very pleasant surprise for the high quality of food served in total traditional Eritrean style , quick service and most of all a unique surrounding , really close to a replica of Far away African environment . The walls , the small tables and the skins hanging on the walls gave its very warm feeling , the... More

Very cool place with INCREDIBLY tasty food. I do think the portions are a little small when you consider the amount served for a hungry couple on one central plate, and i was a little disappointed of the no desert option, but overall, really very very good food, tasty, spicy, and perfectly prepared. Will recommend and revisit. I loved it!

Found out about this restaurant because it was included in a book I downloaded from Amazon on top 100 places to eat in Milan. Realised that it was close to our hotel and decided to give it a go! As we walked in we were met with a gorgeous scent of spices and a friendly host who accommodated the four... More

When u enter the restaurant you are welcomed by wonderful scent of spices. The atmosphere is cozy and the African space is enchanting. Eritrean food is great and generous: a barely end up my zighini. Price are reasonable and the service is nice. Highly recommended for couple. The food eaten with hands is going to make your night more spicy.... More

Very nicely decorated restaurant, very kind people and delicious food. Only the menu of the day is available, you receive no fork and knife but the food is very well prepared, fresh and spicy.
