We went there accidentally for brunch! We ordered swordfish carpaccio, grille chicken, tasty but inexpensive. Then we discovered a Milanese dish from the table next to us. It looks like veal parmigiana but way bigger in portion! Worth a go if you are just next to Duomo. It's about 10 minutes walk away from Duomo.

A must for fine Italian food: vegetables, meat (tagliata), wine, fish and smiles :). The decoration is like in the 50s but that is what makes the place lovely.

We happen to be looking for a place to eat lunch with some friends and walked by the restaurant on our way to meet them. After looking at the menu posted outside, we went inside to ask their hours and were warmly greeted. We looked around and witnessed the bustle of the staff preparing for the lunch crowd and told... It was my first time in Milano and in Italy. I was just searching for some place to eat after terrible experience of districts populated by tourists. So I just came to a business type part of a town and tried to trace some local people looking hungry enough. So I found the place - Da Bruno. First of all... More

I had ribolitta and a rucola salad. Food was good and service excellent. Maybe a bit too expensive but still in the city center of Milan

We have eaten here on both of our visits to Milan, six years apart, and both occasions we have had exceptional meals. Granted, we have had what one might consider Milanese comfort food: Caprese salads, risotto Milanese, and osso bucco. But these three courses at da Bruno are as good as you will find anywhere. The risotto alone is worth... More

Antipasto - amazing! Pasta - amazing! Main course - Fiorentina or Cotoletta Milanese - amazing! Dessert - Tiramisu - amazing! Definitely one of the best places to dine in Milano for lunch or dinner. Genuine Italian food. The lady on the cash till is very beautiful ;)

Had an excellent business diner with local partners there. Their service and food is great, we followed all the recommendations of the waiter and were not disappointed. The atmosphere is very authentic and old style, which goes excellent with their great food.

Traditional restaurant like in the old days. Recommended. At 300 meters from the Duomo. The clientele is essentially made from business men bringing foreigners. Very good food and efficient service. The waiters are not nice but do their job. To get the bill was another story since there is a woman sitting like on a stage that is suppose to... More

This restaurant, hidden under an arched pave way offers excellent Classic italian food. You are just 5 minutes from the busy tourist center of Milan, but it feels as if you were in a small Italian town far from the tourist roads. Fresh pasta, carpaccio, antipasti, etc.... Little Gem in Milan
