Lunch outside. Bruschetta followed by porcini risotto. Delicious and served with a smile. Lovely Prosecco too

I think I just had the best meal ever on the L'Osteria di Brera. The primi piatti was a classical risotto milanes. It was just perfect. Slightly al dente, delicate and well balanced taste - obviously a very good broth. The tenderloin, however, was unprecedented. The white truffles gave it such a delicate and intense taste that I can't remember... More

A very good place to dinner with friends. Tasty and intimate. The best trippa (meaning tripe) I ever had. Friendly, warm service.

We booked through our hotel and when we arrived where given the option of sitting either outside or inside. Everyone outside was smoking so we took the inside option. Service was very slick and we were offered a glass of proseco on the house. We shared three starters between the two of us plus the local version of the 'involtini'... More

We found this place based in trip advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The menu was evenly split between meat and fish. Not overly cheap but very nice none the less. Wine list was varied both in wine types and price. Deserts are worth saving space for! :)

Definitely a tourist restaurant, but still worth visiting. We sat outside. Although the plastic chairs were uncomfortable after several hours, the people watching was excellent. I started with a five piece sample of their fish appetizers which was delicious (if you don't like to look at squid, don't order it). And the baked Bronzino was excellent.

One of the few restaurants open over the bank holiday weekend, because apparently Milan doesn't get tourists (rubbish) we had dinner here one evening and came back again for lunch the next day. My wife had the seafood pasta followed by black cod - both exceptional. I had 4 large dawns, served raw, which I sake them to grill and... More

Bland pasta dishes in Italy? This place seems to specialize in them both tomato based. Tasteless parmesan cheese. Add to that your basic slow Italian service. There are lots of places to stop in for lunch in this area. Try a different one.
