Awesome food

Wasn't expect to find a good Japanese restaurant in Milan. Total surprise. Great food and nicely design restaurant with open kitchen. The toro is top notch and the lobster roll is amazing. Definitely worth a try

Too expensive for the quality they give and it is a shame as the cousine is good and the plates are interesting but they tend to forget to release the receipt... for sure they forget is not on purpose ;)

I had reserved this restaurant for my Birthday! I initially read an article in the newspaper giving good votes. But what a disappointment. It is definitely not worth the price they charge. The service was awful ( I had to basically hand them the plates with empty edamame pods to clear the table!!), one of the table runners was ripped,... More

Great atmosphere and one of the few places in milan that serves tuna belly and wagyu. The most of the menu(including the Uramaki) was typically similar to most japanese restaurants in Milan - more creativity should be placed on this given it's a 2-star michelin restaurant. Worth visiting nonetheless to try the wagyu and the chef's special tasting plate. Crowd... More

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Europe. Unmissable dishes include Taiyo, & Hamachi. Service is friendly and professional. Food is sublime.

The service is very attentive and they gave us great advise on what to order. The food is very good, one of the best Sushi we had in Milano. Very nice atmosphere. The only problem is to find a parking spot close by. Very busy area.

Excellent sushi and Japanese food experience. The barmen is amazing, he comes to you and try to figure out what is your mood so he can serve exactly what you need, the cocktails he presented was unforgettable and purely unique. The sushi experience is great as well as tuna tartar, place is very well know to have the best Japanese... More

I and my boys would opt for good Japanese anywhere in the world and we have travelled wide. IYO is not a restaurant, it is an experience. We booked a week ago and a dinner that lasted over three hours in a Japanese restaurant talks volumes. The place is very well appointed, not overdone but good play of lighting and... More

Yesterday was my daughter's Birthday and she chose to go to Iyo. We started off our meal with a mix of appetizers which were very good and very fresh. Then we ordered various plates. Sushi, sashimi, fish, wagyu, tempura. All very tasty and different. I had ordered the Alaskan cod w/miso. The cod was cooked well but I was kind... More

Im a huge fan of the japanese kitchen. Sushi is def. a favourite of mine, and should I hold a single reservation about it, it would be the lack of variation. Iyo, however, are not afraid to create tasty and interesting speciments, and combined with a beautiful setting, and great service it's def. worth a visit.
