I have eaten at Convivium several times, and it is definitely a place one can come back to. Having the daily menu certainly saves some time as the food is fresher, and usually tasty. Both first and second courses are generally quite good, and the choice is quite wide. What I don't like about this place is the desserts. I'm... More

In a centre of a nice little shopping area of Milano. Not very far from Duomo. Interior design was good but a touch of old fashion. Surprisingly the prices are reasonable and the starter prosciutto con melone was great but a big portion. The spaghetti vongole was also excellent. pizza Argentino was very good at 10 Euro. In general the... More

On a saturday this place gets extremely busy with people waiting outside. Therefore it gets rushed a bit, with the italian hectic that comes with it, but food was good, wine fine and what more do you want. 3,5 stars is a better rating, but the system doesn't allow half stars. do not go if you want a slow dinner.

It was simply a very nice dinner. A quiet table with good milanese cuisine. Nice, very nice. Nothing extraordinary but a nice place with good service and food.

A stones thrown from the Dummo and the food was really good as was the atmosphere - service was a little just a little hit and miss . It certainly seemed that It was most frequented by Itilian patrons -it is well worth a visit

I really liked this restaurant. The focaccia was super, tuna carpaccio was pretty good and prosciutto was good too. I also loved my pasta it was made al dente just right. Finally the dessert was excellent I had a cheesecake. Even though I have had better each of those dishes in other places but every one of them was very... More

We love the food in Italy, but we just aren't prepared to do a four course dinner starting at 9:00 pm, so we usually eat earlier and lighter. (It also makes it a lot easier to get up and sightsee the next day.) Convivium was recommended by our hotel and it was an easy walk from the duomo area to... More

Beautiful place. Large wall of wine. Stumbled across it and it was full but they made room for us. Food we had was great....pasta with fava beans, pine nuts and fish roe. , pizza with tuna and artichokes and great wine. Wonderful. Menu looked wonderful but too full to try more. Ask for the peppered oil if you like spicy...excellent.

We went there for lunch and didn't test the chef too much as we both had Pizzas but they were great. Nice venue, friendly and helpful staff and other than me and my wife, everyone eating there (it was full) appeared to be local - a good sign in itself. Reccomended.
