Delightful

An awesome Gelato experience in Milan. I had the Pistachio, Chocolate and Vanilla trio cone, and each bite was full of goodness. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Milan.

Tried gelato: very good. But our favourites were the fruit sorbets. Lemon, mandarin, and pear to die for.

Grom has the best ice-cream in Milan, in my opinion. They use fresh ingredients and have a great variety of flavors.

We enjoyed getting gelato from Grom's twice in our brief visit to Milan. Yum. Gorgeous flavours, authentically crafted. A clear win when there are lots of gelato options around.

I've had Grom gelato in both Florence and Venice, so naturally I had to make sure the Milan product was up to standard (it definitely was!). Beautiful high quality gelato with amazing flavours (I had nougat and vanilla cookie today, but if you get the chance, egg creme is unreal!!) and the added bonus of their special variety of whipped... After rarely passing by a gelato shop in venice or Milan, Grom became our top choice. the extra dark chocolate sorbet was perfect - just sweet enough with flecks of super dark chocolate - it easily became my go-to nightly dessert. Now we just need to find a way to get them in the US . . . .

A must-do if you are in the Galleria/La Scala area. Best gelato in Milan. Be sure to ask to have pana (whipped cream) on top. It takes gelato to another level.

A very venetian treat I think- but the Torronicino gelato (kind of the Fior Di Latte with bits of nougat ensconced throughout) was truly delicious. Gelato is kept at a soft, pliable temperature. Magnifico!

Wow. Grom hit the spot on the hot day. The gelato and sorbet are sublime, indeed. The flavors are fresh and spot-on in terms of what they should be. Gelato, creamy & rich... sorbet... fruity and tasting like the fruit from whence it came. So get this.. we're all excited... OMG such good gelato in Milan... bittersweetly we discovered a... More

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
