lucky evening!

back to Milan after one year and it was a pleasure to bring friends to this place. We were just in time to capture one of the last tables because we had no reservation. The cellar was less noisy and we appreciated to sit downstairs during the rainy evening. Muzarella and Pizza sounds probably... read more

Rushed in..ripped off..got a bit of fish that would have barely filled a budget fish finger that cost between 2 of us 50e. We live on the coast in Spain so we know fish and apparently other food too..as salad..ordered in Italian failed to materialise . All locals served before us. .don't go here cos you'll leave hungry with a... More

We happened upon this little restaurant - the desserts looked amazing and there was a beautiful display of fish and mozzarella at the entrance. But don't be fooled. The service was absolutely terrible and the food was not much better. The pizza base was soggy and our pasta put a new twist on al'dente. The bacon in my pasta dish... More

I came here with my mother. It was very busy but we got a spot downstairs. The waiters were great. Running everywhere but still helpfull. The food was great, but I would recommend to put some sauces on the maincourses (grilled seafood & steak) We would love to come back one day!

We visited here on our last day in Milan as it was recommended by our hotel concierge. Modern shabby chic decor, friendly staff and an authentic menu ticked all our boxes as we sat down. The place was full of locals which was indicative of the delicious food on offer where the majority of customers had a pizza in front... More

It is very hard not to find good food in Italy. Frijenno e Magnanno is a good restaurant for some of the foods form the south of Italy. Not to be missed is the Provala - smoked buffalo mozzarella. The pizzas are very good especially the very special Saciccia e friarielli mozzarella pizza, (southern Italian broccoli, mozzarella, and sausage). Good... More

Highly recommended restaurant in the centre of Milan. Starters are slightly pricey, however all other dishes come at reasonable prices. All dishes are genuine however make sure to try the original pizza from Napoli...speciality of the house

Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
