My B&B host recommended me to try this place for lunch around the Duomo area. It was fantastic! You don't have to wait at all if you are lucky. Even if you accidentally bump into a huge crowd, I'm sure you don't have to wait more than 5 minutes. The price is reasonable, too!

Amidst the hectic jungle of tourists we found this place from several recommendations. We were really tired of trying to look for a place to eat. We were told that there are incredibly long queues to get your share but luckily we arrived and were quickly escorted by a kind guard.(A guard! At a pastry shop!) There was a huge... More

A former student of mine recommended that I come here. We came by on Sunday, but they were closed. I am glad that we made it there the next day on Monday. It was raining outside, so we did not have to wait. We are simple and ordered the sauce and mozzarella. It was warm and very good. The price... More

We just was curious with the long que, and decided to join the crowd. The seller also did not speak much English, so we just pointed whatever available. We bought 3 types of fillings. It was so nice when the bread still warm, cheese melted and taste good. The rest we kept them for the next morning, and still taste... More

Was walking toward the McDonald and saw a shop with many ppl lining up and many standing there with eating. Didn't know what it was but I need a quick bite so join the line and there were too many to choice. However pick the one with eggplant paper filling and it was warm and I like it. And only... More

Yes, it definitely was a touristy thing to do. Long line which moved rather quickly. Price was right BUT I didn't feel satisfied (maybe my expectations were too high - I so wanted to love this place!). I found the panzerotti's to have too much dough and too little filling for my taste (of the three sampled the best of... More

This old hole in the wall bakery produces delicious panzerotti. It has a reputation for good reason, they are tasty and homey. Certainly not healthy food but a great italian indigence. The que always moves quickly and I would advise you to walk back towards the Duomo to eat yours, as otherwise you will be sitting on the pavement along... More

Right next to the duomo, always a huge line outside but it moves insanely fast! Panzerotti is very good if your looking for something fast that is pretty decent! Incomparable to fine dining though , but very good for fast food to go !

Well worth the wait. The panzerotti were suberb. I had a savoury spinach and ricotta one. Then a sweet one with custard and berries. Although the queue was long it only took 10 minutes to get served. Once you get your panzerotti you sit yourself down on the sidewalk and eat. It's situated down a side street near il duomo... More

I was there around 3pm, didn't have any queue. I had ordered the one with cheese & ham. Can't be wrong with this combination but it's not warm / hot as expected. It's cold & very oily. I don't like it personally. I also ordered a bottle of sparkling water just 1euro, way cheaper then those tuck shop. If you... More
