Yummy

Having read about Luini's on various foodie blogs, I decided to make a trip here and was not disappointed. As you approach it you notice more and more people walking away Kuching on their panzerotto and you know you're in the right place. It's busy and it's fast so i recommend deciding what you... read more

Most people don't know what panzerotti are. So just go to Luini to discover them. Probably one of the best street food ever. Be ready to que for a bit especially at lunch time. The place is an icon in Milan street food culture. I always go back every time I'm in Milan. I RECOMMEND IT. CIAO

YUM! This place is a must if you're anywhere near Il Duomo. The line is definitely worth the wait; enjoy the atmosphere and get your mouth a-watering in preparation for the delectable panzerotti you're about to consume. If you're not sure what a panzerotto is, think pizza in a triangular roll, but way more delicious. I recommend trying the original,... More

After mant years eating panzerotto in many places, Luini is still simply the best. The original receipt is so good that they don't need absolutely to change anything, they just have to hand down it for generations. Expect some que, but it's totally worth it. You can't leave Milan without trying it.

Tried the sweet fry dough once before in a previous trip to Milan. No luck this time, shop was closed like many other small businesses in Italy for several weeks in August.

Amazing Panzerotti. If you visit Milan you must go and taste the tradicional Panzerotti. There is a big line but the attendance group works fast so It will take less than 15 minutes to make your order.

I love this place and visit it often, the food it great especially when they get the fresh batches right out of the oven. I was sad though they don't like you to take pictures inside LOL.

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
