Whenever I go back to Milan "I panzerotti di Luini" are a stop-over I can never miss. Their taste is something too good to be expressed with words. They are just AMAZING. I would suggest anybody trying them, like them and fall in love with them :)

At first the line/queue may inspire you to go to mcDonalds just in front, but the line moves very fast, so just wait in any of the two lines. Make sure to get the regular panzerotto with tomato/mozzarella, but also the whole wheat with zucchini is great. get two per person and you will be good. A third one is... More

It is just to eat the famous panzerotti but remember to choose the time, otherwise you have to queue up a lot. They are not so good as they were years ago, anyway try at least one time.

The first time I saw this place the queue was literally 500m long either side of the entrance (s), it was like trying to get into a football game. So I thought wow this stuff must be great. But I wasn't going to queue so opted to go back midweek earlier in the day to find out what Panzerotti were... More

Personally, I do not enjoy the panzerottis from Luini. I have given it three chances now. The first trial was my first time in Milan and I ordered a focaccia panino thinking it was the famous panzerotto. Once I discovered this, I tried the classic tomato and mozzarella one but I found it to be too liquidy and soggy. Their... More

This place is an institution and keeps the quality level. Love to go there when I can, and I would recommend everybody who is close to check the place out! Salty, sweet just pick on

As we were staying 2 blocks from this bakery, after checking into the hotel, we got directions to here, and walked over for a quick meal on the go. The place was busy, with the line running out the door. There was a man in a black suit and tie directing everyone (my wife said "only in Milan"). Within a... More

A bakery, famous for panzerotti. Everybody in Milan knows it. just a few steps from the Duomo. No seats, just take out. You spot a queue and people seated on the pavement eating sothing from a paper bag and there it is. From an insider point of view, it is worth trying it.

Great for an excellent snack in the Duomo area. The line, although usually accettable, is the only drawback! Recommended.
