Good but a little overrated...

It's kind of similar to a big samosa or what we have in south east Asia that's called a curry puff. A lot has been made of this, but I found that it wasn't the burst of flavor I was expecting, after reading all the reviews. It's a puff of fried dough with a filling of ham and mozerella... read more

Although there's a queue at lunchtime, outside of peak you can generally walk in and be served almost immediately. If you are not confident in your Italian, the servers have flags on their name badges to show what languages they can handle. There are menus in English anyway. Panzerotti can be either savoury or sweet. The savoury ones have a... More

During our recent trip to Italy we were taking in the sites in Milan. We had seen restaurant on trip advisor, and decided to give it a try. The reviews are very accurate. This is a wonderful take away lunch place. We each selected a different item from the menu and both were delicious, hot, fresh and mouth watering. We... More

A friend of mine living in Milan told me not to forget to eat one of those panzerotti. It was a Tuesday around lunch time, some road works were going in front of the place and there were two incredible, long but organized queues. I was astonished. But we did not wait more than a couple of minutes and we... More

Just go here and order anything, sweet and/or savory. You will be pleasantly surprised. Yes, the panzerotti are amazing, but I actually tried something else in addition which was a polenta cake topped with gorgonzola and I have to say it's one of the best things I've ever had. It's not the type of place where you sit down and... More

Panzerotti and nothing else!!! In my opinion the best one is the one with tomato and mozzarella!!! And after that, the one with spicy salami. Really close to Duomo, do not miss it!!!

Fantastic fastfood, a must in Milano. Make sure you try different panzerottis and share. Dont be afrain by the people waiting, it doesn't take long and really pays out to queue up.

A must in Milan, you eat on the street, but nevertheless the panzerottis are really good. Long queues, and around the corner one of Milans best ice cream bars. Go for it.

You can't miss this! Luini has been famous for decades for its "panzerotti". Forget the diet and indulge: yummy! Expect to queue, though.

If you are looking for a traditional place for lunch this is the place, bare in mind though that you'd probably will have to wait in line for 20/30 mins and have to choose the flavor within 5 milliseconds! Plus, no place to seat, but there's a square near by (Piazza San Fedele) where you can go and eat your... More
