True the decor is nice in this restaurant as noted by other reviewers. And the atmosphere is nice, also for a romantic setting. But after that, I'm not sure what the hype from other reviewers is about. Service was not only slow, but sloppy - we were a group of 8 and one of our orders was forgotten. But what... More

My lunch at Bianca was some of the best food I've ever eaten. The starter of scallops with pumpkin puree, bacon and a hint of orange was out of this world and I'll be dreaming about it for a a while. The pear ravioli (the filling was incredible) with parmesan, ginger and hazelnut sauce , and the grappa parfait with... More

Bianca is named so because the interior is all white, but with soft lighting. I and my wife went with a local couple. Service is excellent, the pasta was perfection, and the fish is their specialty. Subtle, unobtrusive service and local clientele throughout. Eat here and know what it is to be Milanese!

Had a wonderfull dinner at Bianca with my wife last night. Had foie gras for starters, spagethi with lightly crisped cellery slices, risotte with quail and a selection of different creme brulees for dessert. The servings where simple yet very wellmade. Had on of the best bottles of barollo that we've had in years The food and the wine is... More

Bianca's decor is all white as the name implies, the tables are spacious and at a reasonable distance from other diners. The menu is not huge, which in my opinion implies freshness in the ingredients as everything is chosen on the basis of market availability. There is however ample choice to satisly all tastes. The fresh foie gras was absolutely... More

Fantastic food, attentive and charming staff, and cool decor. The goose ravioli was amazing as was the beef cheek. It was a little but tricky to find we walked from the duomo area so it's pretty central though. Three courses and wine for two people came to around €120 but it was worth it!!

Haven't tried it yet ? Do not lose the chance to enjoy a culinary experience. A superb restaurant to experience some of the best Modern Italian food. Don't let the stark white surrounds fool you, the staff are warm and attentive and the food is outstanding. Modern Northern Italian food at its best, fresh ingredients, and great menus for each season. Try the scallops!

You have to try this restaurant, very modern white interior, friendly people serve the amazing dishes that come out of the kitchen. These people are passionate about their restaurant and you can really see this in every little detail.
