OK Mexican. Not one for the purists

The restaurant is just close to Porta Genova Metro stop, a bit out of the beaten truck but close to Milan Night Area. Ownership has changed in 2015 and since the restaurant is getting better and better. The food is delicious, not easy to find such a Mexican restaurant in Milan and in Italy, and cocktails are even better. The... More

We've eaten at this place several times, having first been introduced when we arrived here a few years ago. It's a great way to get non italian food, but it's much better to go with Italians (as many restos are in Italy). The food and service here are generally both mediocre at best, but generally when you are with Italians... More

The atmosphere is friendly but the food is mediocre. It's also very noisy when all tables booked. Would recommend just for drinks.

The place is located just behind porta Genova station, it is easily reachable. The food is decent. The cocktails and the Margarida especially are fantastic. If you don't fancy having dinner, you should sit at the bar and order a Margarida. It is really worth it!

We booked a table for four...after 10 min hezitation we got a table. The atmosphere was quite fine, typical mexican, dishes ok, had much better though, no value for the money you pay - starters 10-15 euro, main dishes and fajitas 15 -20 euro. Wine 20 - 35 euro. Service was slow, not attentive, and they will cheat you if there... More

We went here for tea and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and all had great service. My partner and I had the mixed taco plate which was a big serve both feeling very full afterwards. It is a little bit pricey being 16.50 euros each plus drinks but was worth it. Overall was great night out and looking... More

A little bit expensive, but the food is quiet good and A LOT of it, and drinks also very tasty. I've been here the first time about 15 years ago, and it's always a good place to go for mexican food

More of a bar than a restaurant in my opinion, as the restaurant doesn't deserve a rating. High prices. Good for people who don't know Mexican food, otherwise you'd never come back.

Staying in Navigli

Neighborhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
