Tiny fishmonger shop yet one of the most the most chic and trendy lunch or aperitif places in Brera. Delicious raw fish, exceptional variety, freshness and quality of the catch. You can choose between fresh or marinated salmon, swordfish or tuna, squid or octopus salad, oysters, crabs, or shellfish. Do try superb ‘battuta al coltello’, coarsely chopped and lightly seasoned... More

As many already know, truly great seafood is difficult to come by in the north of Italy. However, Da Claudio has been serving fresh fish since 1958. Although it's on the pricier side, there are many options available on the menu ranging from crudos to plateaus to cooked fish dishes. The atmosphere is lively, the location is prime in the... More

They offer self-service on the ground floor for a quick meal and a full restaurant on the upper floor. They have a great selection of fresh fish and the staff is vey helpful. They offer several choices of "crudo di peace" which is Italian Sashimi

The fish is seasonal, fresh and super good. I didn't really like the place though, aseptic, cold and without personality. I think a good restaurant could have both attribute to be defined as a good restaurant.

I can't express enough how much I enjoyed this restaurant. We ate in the downstairs "cafe" part where the wet fish counter can be seen in all its splendour, and you can choose a combination of sushi, marinated fish or a "mediterranean mix" with a glass of prosecco, it was £29 euro for 2 and for the standard of fish/seafood... I visited this restaurant with my wife last night. Just after entering the door on the groundfloor, I smelled the various fish. We ordered warm seafood salada and variety of grilled fish, and they were suited to Franciacorta very well. I loved the tastes of all dishes. The waitress was also trying to be friendly, however, she looked nervous and... More

I got this restaurant recommended by a dear friend from Milan as a top one. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed, mostly by the service which absolutely didn't correspond with a restaurant of such a category (cutlery wasn't changed after meals, wine glasses weren't being refilled and when we asked it got refilled full - practically till the edge of the... Built on the site of an old fish market, da Claudio was our choice because the friends we were dining with are crazy about sushi. They each selected a plate of raw fish from a gleaming cafeteria-style cold case and were delighted with their choices. My husband and I were able to get a "Mediterranean Salad" featuring cooked shrimp, squid,... More

Great sea food in the heart of the city in Brera area. A bit overpriced, yet has wonderful tricks to it. First of during lunch you can come to the downstairs bar (if you are in a hurry and want to skip the restaurant) and have a plate of fresh raw fish, variety of salmon, whitefish etc in nuts or...
