A lovely vibrant cafe restaurant right in the heart of the main square in Stresa.

After two very refreshing aperol spritzs we ordered a simple tomato salad and some fresh lasagne. Not the most adventurous meal but just what the doctor ordered for a... read more

We were part of a group of three couples that ate in this fantastic eatery three times in our weeks vacation . The atmosphere was always fun and the staff were a pleasure to deal with , even helping us plan a trip to Switzerland. Food was fantastic especially the tuna that was so fresh and so well cooked that... More

We were recommend this restaurant by the landlord of our holiday accommodation. We arrived at about 7.30pm and had not booked and despite the restaurant not looking full most tables, outside, had been pre booked. We were lucky to get the last available table and had the most enjoyable meal. Being on the piazza we were able to watch the... More

Great location people watching location on the plaza. We split mushroom risotto, a pizza and a bottle of red wine. Make sure that you sample their infused olive oils. Excellent food value. Energetic staff that did not rush to turn table. Remember that you have to ask for the bill. No service charge.

My wife and I stopped at this restaurant based on someone's recommendation at our hotel. It is located in the town area where there are a cluster of restaurants, wine bars and shops. We ate outside so that we could people watch. This restaurant is typical of others in the area. Service is good as is the food. We ate... More

We stopped off in Stresa for a quick lunch and picked this restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very good mushroom risotto and a Friso Misto. Both were excellent served piping hot on hot plates. We followed with good coffee and complimentary limoncello. Prices very reasonable.

We stayed in Stresa for three nights and ate here the second night and definitely returned on the last night. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Very upscale looking with reasonable prices for the quantity and quality of the food. They were fully booked the first night but we got a table after only a short wait. Our female server... More

This may not be a real culinary experience but the service is friendly and quick and it's really nice to sit at the square and enjoy all the activity. We have only been here for breakfast which is very simple (either coffee, orange juice and a croissant with jam - or you can get a sandwich from the lunch menu).... More

My mushroom risotto was perfectly prepared. This restaurant is charming and our waiter was very engaging and did his job very well. Artwork by the owner-chef is displayed. Limoncello was offered gratis at the end of the meal and was ice cold and delicious.
