Visited this restaurant after checking previous reviews and were certainly not disappointed. Excellent from start to finish. We were a party of 5 and sampled a variety of dishes and no-one had any complaints. the owner and her staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. the food was very different to the normal Italian restaurant menus and obviously... I've started going to Quanto Basta since it opened several years ago and whenever I'm back in Sirmione I always go back there for a lovely meal. It's one of the only places on lake Garda that serves genuinely fantastic food and not preheated rubbish. Excellent food and outstanding staff, relaxing atmosphere. Everything's always fresh and just delicious , highly... More

Quanto Basto is a neighbor of another very good restaurant, La Vecchia Griglia, but has a more adventurous menu which, as far as my wife and I were concerned, delivered the goods. I had seared tuna and my wife had acorn-raised pork (ok, piglet). We ate on a patio (shielded by an umbrella against a passing shower) and as I... More

Great dinner with friends. What else! The menu card is small but in return it covers a wide variety of dishes from, pasta, fish, meat and more. Service and location were great as well as the staff. They had great attitude 'despite the fact that we where tourists'. This restaurant deserves to be tried.

The food and wine were both excellent. House red was local wine, ordered 1l and it dissappeared fast. Had a special for starter and a fish stew for main packed full of flavour. As some have mentioned it is not all strictly Italian, other influences in the cooking but don't let that put you off. Wonderful little garden, booking would... More

We had dinner in this lovely restaurant twice. It was definetly the best restaurant in our 3-week Italian tour! Nice food, kind people and nice atmosphere. I recommend!

If you are in Sermillone, you have to check this place out. Tired of all the pizzerias and trattorias, then this is the place for you. I have been in Italy for 3 weeks and this was one if the meals I have had. The food and service was impeccable-and so was the wine list...try a locally grown white wine.... More

My wife and I eat here on our 2nd evening in Sirmione. We sat outside in the courtyard and were very comfortable. The service and the food were very good. My wife really enjoyed the lamb she had. When we return to Sirmione we will eat here again.

I have eaten at Quanto Basta a few times and have had a great experience every time. The service is great, the staff friendly and very helpful and they will do their best to accommodate your tastes. Every dinner I have had there has been excellent and I'll be back for sure.
