Friendly and efficient service, good food, lovely interior and romantic spot - all make for a memorable experience.

Had lunch here and unfortunately it was awful. This place is all about style over substance. Lasagna was like a small pile of slop and you couldn't distinguish the meat from the sauce from the lasagna noodles. Penne was okay but really nothing to it. The owner should worry more about what's going on in the kitchen than the decor.

Looks nice enough. But I didn't read the reviews until we'd ordered and even with this reduced expectation it was still the worst Italian I've ever had. That includes bad Italian food in the US. It's microwaved (not quite enough) frozen meals that makes chef Boyardee seem gourmet. Never ever eat here.

Two small risottos which arrived suspiciously quickly, one little bowl of lettuce leaves and a tomato, a bottle of 'house' chardonnay and water. 72 euros. Someone's having a laugh.

Walking in to this fancy place eager to see the football world cup semifinal is our biggest mistake so far on our trip to Italy. They fooled us to believe that a table was waiting for us in the "TV room" so that we would sit in the bar 1,5 hours drinking overpriced cocktails, but 10 minutes before the game... More

We went here on our last night thought we would save the best till last:( after walking past every night the atmosphere and the look of the place seemed nice. Once we went in a warm welcome from the staff a nice table and a good feeling was had. We asked for the wine list which was overpriced so went... More

We just ate (June 23 afternoon) in Princess Bellagio. We took two course menu for 15 euros. The first course was pasta and second was meat. Our lasagne and canneloni were microwave food with no taste and horrible looks. We were really hungry so we ate those meals eventhough we wondered whether we should just pay that food and leave... I thoroughly enjoyed my Pasta out of a packet... although I admit the microwave must have been working at half power as it was under cooked and the pizza tepid at best.
