This is one of the most beautiful places I have been the views from around the grounds are to die for. The staff are so friendly, so accommodating. I found La Punta myself on trip advisor last year and decided to email them regarding my wedding meal. Communication was really good, I felt relieved that I had found somewhere I... More

Went for dinner. Had wonderful view of sunset over the mountains to go with a very good meal. Appetizer "Tris" (three kinds of pasta) was especially delightful. Wine steward very knowledgeable and happy to help. Staff in general was very good.

Our group of 10 persons went to La Punta for lunch. We had a nice view of Lake Como from our table, and it was pleasant to walk around the grounds and the waterfront before lunch. We ordered the signature dishes recommended by the restuarant and they were just ok. I would recommend going to the restuarant for the view.... More

We had high expectations having read the reviews and we were not disappointed. We eat today and the sun wax really hot so it was nice to have tables under the sun shades. But once we had sat down we looked and enjoyed the splendour of the lake. First course was a wonderful smoked salmon dish with toast, followed by... More

I had the crepes with artichokes and Myles had the gnnochi in a cheese sauce. We had two fresh rolls each and a bottle of water. For us for lunch it was 33 euros and quite expensive, however food was amazing and wouldn't have missed it along with the view. No wonder Rick Stein featured it in his programme.

We visited Lake Como on a family break to celebrate a silver wedding. We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel staff and had the event there. The setting by the lakeside is spectacular and the food was of a very high standard, with a wine list to match. The staff were attentive and friendly. The application of a service... More

Just walked back to our hotel following a lovely evening at la punta. Staff extremely friendly and proud both of their food and local wines. Discussed the menu and took staff advice on both and the result is two very happy people. Excellent pasta course and two tasty and we'll cooked steaks. Presented beautifully waked down with a lovely bottle... More

I came to Bellagio by boat from Como and took some time wandering the peninsula looking for a nice space to sit, eat and do some work via wi-fi. After wandering about for about an hour and a half I finally walked down to the tip of the peninsula and found Ristorante La Punta. It has a terrific covered, open-walled... More
