Awesome Italian wine coupled with great atmosphere!

Loved the wine tasting at this quaint little wine bar located in the center of the old town. Knowledgeable staff gave us the perfect introduction to our first Italian wine experience! Food was excellent as well! RECOMMENDED!

Great way to spend time in rainy day in Bellagio--fairy tale picture town with hilly enclaves--after windy narrow drive and ferry ride from Como. Andrea, the expert sommelier gives tips on low production wines from region and generous shares his expert knowledge (he tastes thousands of wine!). We tasted total of 7 wines: some very hard to find low productions!... More

We have visited this restaurant / wine bar a couple of times for lunch in the last 3 years, and its consistently good. Excellent wine selection which is complemented with knowledgeable sommelier .... and the food is also great, don't forget to try the dessert wines (vin santo my favourite) ..... love this little restaurant.

Super nice and knowledgable sommelier - bought mixed case with his help to ship home. Great place for lunch and wine tasting.

As with many other reviews, you come here for the wine, but the food is very good as well. The waiters have an excellent knowledge of all Italian wines and are on hand to point you in the right direction. If only I could remember the name of the sparkling wine we had...

We read reviews of this small treasure and we were not disappointed. The lunch was simple but had an amazing stew with degustation of wines. Went back several times during our stay in Bellagio.

We had one of the best Italian wine experiences at this little bar. We ended up going twice! The staff was so knowledgeable. They directed us to some wonderful wines and were able to share other wines which we may like even more. We ended up purchasing quite a few bottles! We didn't eat there, but they did bring out... Well visited this bar in Bellagio a numbers of times over our 2 day stay. Firstly for lunch ( sensational meats and cheese platter, local meats and goats cheese) with Aperol Spritz and a red suggested byAndrea, who has an exceptional knowledge of wines . We returned also to buy a wines where he suggested a red and rose again... More

Great atmosphere friendly people. Food was strong at the cheap price point but not spectacular. The wine was ok... We may have chosen poorly but we went with the waiters recommendation as we are wine noobs. Price was fair and they even had a half glass option at half price of you are up to try a bunch of different... More

The high ratings from others must be from the wine sales and not the food. Our lunch was below average. We tried the lasagna (no flavor), buffola salad (avocados were rock hard) and the ham and cheese hot wrap (okay not great). If you are hungry try a normal restaurant with high ratings.
