The celebrity chef with many awards was very accommodating and the food was excellent! This place has a fantastic gluten free menu just ask the staff for options. We had a short trip in Bellagio, but stopped here to eat lunch and we were so glad we did! We got to sit in the beautiful outside patio area and the food was delicious.

Luigi Gandola certainly likes to be the centre of attention. He takes the order of the guests and manages to cook delicious meals in the meantime. But you have to be patient. We had christmas lunch with a set menu at this restaurant and it would have to be the best dining experience we have ever had not only was the food of the highest quality but the service was exceptional. Luigi and his staff could not do enough for you our only regret it is too far to go again.

I was recommended to Salice Blu in a very effusive fashion from the Belvedere Hotel. I was underwhelmed. The tempura was definitely not and the assorted seafood plate was sloppy and over cooked. Staff was way to short in number and what should have been a 90 minute experience turned out to be 3 hours
