Different cuisine, not your typical pasta vongole and scampi, but another side of Italy that I have never tasted! It was a lovely dinning experience, we ordered the tasters menu, and they changed my main to a different one I wanted. My daughter wanted grilled gambas ( which was not on the menu) and they were more than happy to... More

A real little gem! Tiny little place that is clearly the domain of the chef/owner. He greeted us, took our orders, suggested the wine and delivered most of the food. The food was first rate and we were made to feel welcome amongst the mostly local clientele. Well worth the visit!

Was recommended by the concierge. It was going for high-end/gourmet but the food was ok with small portions and extremely pricey. Not a good experience.

We went based on the reviews but were disappointed with the food considering the reviews and the price. It is ok but not the best we had in Italy. All dishes are seafood base. I thought there could be one steak dish as my partner is not a seafood person. We had one starter dish to share. One main each... More

Yust 100 meters away from the classical tourist trap street restaurants, Acqua Pazza offers a modern, clean, interior and a good though limited choice of surprises. A local fish envelopped in breadcrums tainted black with octopusinkt. Surprising but quite good if you like a dark black something ariving on your plate. Try the homemade gnochi, more suntle then their commegeus... More

Having traveled abroad a lot this is easily in my top 2. Fantastic. Rivals our experience at Marmalades I Puerto Rico.

Had a good, not fantastic, dinner. Involtini of veal was a bit over-salted. Spinach ravioli was quite good. Primarily fish based menu. Bottle of wine was taken away, for some reason, when it was still half full. Not sure if I'd return.

Great, uncommon Italian food! My wife and me are coming already few years in Italy for gastronomic holidays and , somehow , it always ends up with same pastas, risottos , buffalo mozzarella, and It became boring a bit after a while. About this restorant told us old fisherman in a local market as he is bringing him fresh fish... More

Really enjoyable and different experience from others in Santa Margarita - delicious home made pasta - we had gnocchi with tomato sauce and prawns and lovely pasta parcels with a delicate buttery sauce. Mains were sublime fillet steak with a beautiful red wine sauce and tasty veal rolls. Finished with seriously sinful tiramisu - and finally very pleasant limoncello on... More

Not my usual preference of restaurant - I'm not usually a fan of fine dining and the usual small dishes. But this was good... had a very nice pasta with sea sauce to start and a great beef fillet with barbaresco sauce. Nice house red and tiramisu as well...was around 50 euro a head for two courses and a glass... More
