Fantastic

Love everything about this restaurant! The food is fantastic, service is impeccable and is open for lunch and dinner six days a week. The waiter is so personable and explains specials and suggests just the right combinations of foods!

A simple local restaurant, off the beaten path, with extraordinary food and friendly service. We sat outside under their tent on a gorgeous September evening. We started off with the house seafood appetizer platter and licked the plate clean. The next course, gnocchi al pesto, was heavenly - the gnocchi was light and melted in our mouths and the pesto... We ate here 3 days ago. It is a very busy pizzeria + restaurant at the back of the town, very family orientated, nice buzzy atmosphere. Our pasta parcels in walnut sauce ( a local speciality) was delicious. Our fish mains were well cooked, no frills but tasty. We didn't have desserts. Service was good and friendly too. No complaints.... More

A 'locals' pizzeria/restaurant in the residential part of the city, always busy with friends and families, and the food is always superb. Very little English spoken, but they don't mind, and the menu is in both languages. Very friendly, very good service. Everything on the menu is well done and delicious.

A real joy to go often to dal Buffo, over 40 times in 10 years, serious pizza, Verdura grilled, classic pastas well priced, great scallopini Marsala or Milanese, grilled fish, many local families go with lots of kids, upscale customer too, expect being treated like you are going to your cousin's for dinner, you feel really part of Santa, Dante

Nice food. Choose from the fresh fish options and fresh handmade pasta. Branzino, clams and mussels were great.

Leave the center of town and step into a genuine, no tourists around, pizzeria. Be Italian with the locals, enjoy a pizza , with the most tender mozzarella you can imagine, the ideal crust, out of a list of 25 or so pizza, have a moderatly priced bottle of wine, end your meal with mamma's tiramisu or a cafe crema con... We enjoyed a pleasant evening meal here. The place is certainly child friendly which was a bit of a negative, but whilst the children were noisy they were well behaved. The staff were attentive (given that they were run off their feet) and the food good value

My husband enjoyed a good light, large well flavoured pizza with fresh tomato topping and buffalo mozzarella cheese. I had a simple spaghetti, cooked al dente, well flavoured sauce, two glasses of red, some bread, oil and some sparkling water. Nice atmosphere and resonable prices. Enjoy!

Family run restaurant aimed at families and larger group, however it was just as enjoyable for a couple. The service was good and the food had a good home made feel to it. Excellent value. The location is towards the back of the town away from the hotels.
