Great tasting food for the hungry

We had a very enjoyable dinner here with fabulous service. We'd walked around the Cinqueterre during the day so were very hungry. Ate interesting vegetable-based antipasti followed by a tasty gnocchi with shrimp and saffron and grilled vegetables. Really hit the spot. Couldn't rate the waitress... read more

We tried this restaurant and we all enjoyed the food, but I cannot quite say it was as exceptional as some of the reviews claim. The service was slow and distracted and when the food came it was all rather heavy, though tasty. Nice ambience and decor.

The door has hardly closed all night with crowds of tourists and locals coming in to get a table- all of which were rejected due to the place being fully booked. Like most other nights I guess. So reserve at least one night in advance. The food was good, but nothing spectacular. The cod was lovely and fresh and cooked... More

A lovely little restaurant, only having about 25 covers. We luckily walked passed in the day and booked a table as the restaurant got full very quickly in the evening. This was a Sunday night in March so I would highly recommend booking in the height of the season. We had a gorgeous meal, plenty of it and lovely wine.... More

If you are in Santa Margherita and you want to eat without the perception that someone is fu..ing you because you are a turist, go to "angolo 48". Quite domestic atmosphere, the owner "easy" and professional. Also several people working in neighbor shops go there for lunch:this is quite indicative for the food quality. It is not a "first price"... More

An excellent choice if you're up for a romantic dinner. Good Ligurian food and wine. Would definitely return.

A very busy restaurant with nice but busy servants. The first courses were all really good. The main courses were fine and the portions were big so I didn't get to taste their desserts.

Right in the heart of glorious Santa Margherita Ligure! Service was impeccable as well as the Fruitti da Mare, Panzotti, Grilled Vegetables and Raspberry Panna Cotta! I will return!

Almost by-passed this one because of some negative reviews on service and a couple about plain food but we were tired and it was a block and a half from our hotel. My wife saw the Gnoccho with Curried Shrimp ion the menu and knew exactly what she wanted and it was fantastic. With the menu variety, being tired and... More
