Pizza

Had lunch here. Actually Pizza with ham, olives, artichoke, and mozzarella. Service was very good. The pizza was very good, especially compared to Da Gennaro down the street, where we had the same pizza a few days before.

Patricia greeted us at the door with a wonderful smile, the service was wonderful and the food was the best we had while on this holiday.

We went out for dinner at Emilio's twice. The first time was excellent, great service and great food (albeit rather pricey). Because of the great experience, we went again another day, and were rather disappointed. The food was average, service clearly not as good as the previous time. Overall it's not a "no go", but probably about just as good... More

Several of our group had dinner here one night. The food was very good. It was a very cool night, we ate in the tent-like area in front of the restaurant and they had infared heaters on. It was pleasant.

This restaurant was in a great location in the middle of everything, so we were expecting a 'touristy'-type place with so-so food. We were pleasantly surprised! Not only was the service great and attentive, but the food was delicious. I had a pizza and a salad, my wife had some pasta, and the rest of our group (there were eight... More

In the busy strip in Santa Emilio is one of the best restaurants. Peple may think it is a touristic area with many tourist traps, not Emilio. The pizza is very good but the traditional Ligurian fishes are even better. Try the Pansoti with walnut sauce, like the ones grandma makes. Prices are competitive for a non pizza meal rarely... We went to Da Emilio after reading Trip Advisor reviews and liked it so much we went two nights in a row whilst in Santa Margherita. They opened early, perfect for us with three small kids. Both nights they made our boys a pizza that wasn't on the menu. We had the mussels, which were a generous size for an... More

I had one of the biggest bowls of mussels that I have ever been served. I think I counted about 50. It came with a garlic wine sauce that was great. we came back the second night and had their pizzas which were quite tasty as well.

In early August my wife and I were searching for lunch in Santa Margarita at 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, most restaurants have very limited menus after 2:30. We did not want pizza or gelato, therefore we chose Emilio's. The decision was correct, and we went on to eat lunch there 4 days consecutively. The food was the best I experienced in... More
