The quaint restaurant is beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had perfectly cooked sea bass the was caught from the Mediterranean that morning. The dessert menu was amazing. I will definitely go back.

beautiful location, modern art, friendly host and excellent food, indeed. We started with the best prosciuto I ever had (may be apart from Spanish Bellota), and a tasty variation of porcini mushrooms. Main course was a turbot on potatoes with fennel mousse. Not to forget the long wine list! Strongly recommend.

Pros: - interesting wine list, with unusual choices - good food preparation and presentation - very pleasant environment, with a small but well assembled art collection on the walls Cons: - some menu items seem still a bit too experimental to be served to the public

We were treated to a culinary experience of a lifetime at La Posta on our last day in Italy. Had a late, long lunch and Claudio gave us and our La Spezia hosts first-class treatment. Even got a tour of the kitchen. Every dish was a treat. The shaved porcini mushrooms with apples and parmesean, black tortellini, and others were... More

For sure the place to go for an important romantic or business dinner or lunch. Claudio, the owner, could guide you through the menu and wine list. Quite expensive (around 60/70 euro drinks excl.) but worth it!!

Brutal Service and very pretentious food pretending to be what it is not. Poor value.
