Great pizzas

The restaurant is located in a narrow street which makes it very cozy. The staff are there to serve you quickly and theres no need to stay hungry for long since they have fast service in the kitchen even though its crowded. We loved our pizza and dessert, creme caramel.

While walking along La Spezia, along the narrow lanes, we stumbled upon this gem of a pizzeria where we had fantastic pizzas and some good local wines in a friendly & homely ambience. This looked to be a place where locals go to as all guests seemed quite at home. Well worth coming to this place even though it's a... More

A local told me that this pizzeria is a must-go for pizzas. Walking towards the station on the main street, first alley on the right. He also told me it is impossible to get a table without reservation. I decided to try my luck and when I got there at 7.45, the place had just opened and I managed to... More

We got there at 20:50 on a saturday night. The place was full at the momento. I asked the waiter for a table for 3, he told me there were no tables and barely looked at me. When I asked if we could wait for a table he was extremely rude AGAIN and told me the places was about to... More

Average pizza (crudo), decent salad (insalate mista), poor balsamico (heavy on sulfites, tasted chalky, expect better from a real Italian ristorante). Service was typically European- service with a shoulder shrug, and not much attention to detail.

A friend from La Spezia recommended this place and I went with my group. A mix of English, Australian and Italians. We had the Giro Pizza (7 people 7 pizzas) from the Specials pizza on the menu. It was nice, I like the thin crust and the topping were definitely fresh. I would not say it the best pizza I... More

My boyfriend and I were in the Cinque Terre for few days and we stayed in La Spezia. We stayed with a local artisan who gave us tips and recommendations, and this was her #1 recommendation for eating in the La Spezia area. A lot of locals frequent this hidden gem, and the pizza is absolutely spectacular. We even tried... More

Trittico was just across the street from our apartment and we ate there often during our five week stay in La Spezia. This is VERY popular with locals and fills up most nights. Friday and Saturday you really need a reservation unless you're quite lucky. The pizza, Forno a Legna, is superb. I prefer Margherita and it was done just... More

After a day visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa, we headed back to our cruise ship and ventured into La Spezia. It was midday and most shops/restaurants were closing for the afternoon (as many European cities do). Il Trittico was one of the few places that would still serve. It's a small, friendly little place - very busy when we... More
