Restaurant is quite good, familiar and charming as soon as you arrive. Food here is good too, nothing astonishing but sufficient to spend one night during the week. Maybe it will not be THE place you will choose for a 2-pax romantic dinner, as tables are so close each other to avoid any privacy you need... Service, anyway, is acceptable... More

Recently had occasion to revisit our old La Spezia standby, All'Inferno, with four relatives. Well sad to say, that although the new owners have done a marvelous job restoring the place, the food now falls short of what it once was. Starters were indeed delish, but the signaure dish, stoccafisso, was watery, overcooked, and somewhat tasteless. Costs are still stupidly... More

We had been guided by reviews so we knew to expect no written menu and a general atmosphere that does not favour the non-Italian speaking tourist. But the experience was very pleasant, the waiter perfectly helpful and the food simple but excellent. By far and away the lowest cost meal we have had anywhere in Italy, we left very full... More

Very good fish restaurant, cheap and money for value. Recommended by locals it ia a genuine place where you can experience the true spirit of the city. Staff not so kind but our lunch deserved a second visit at dinner!

We were recommended by the nearby hotel to try this restaurant. Maybe we did not fully understand the concept, but were a little disappointed in the end. As said in previous reviews, there are no written menu. The presentation was difficult to understand as the staff did not speak English too well. The food was ok, but not as tasty... More

We ate here three nights in a row and were never let down. A local man we got talking to recommended this Osteria so off we went. There is no written menu and the choices often change. We tried something different every night to make the most of the regional cuisine. The food was excellent and the staff very freindly... More

First courses are much bigger than second courses - but everything was tasty. my son ordered a dish he did not like and we ordered another instead. At first they charged us for both dishes, but after a small negotiation they corrected the bill, so we were satisfied. Roasted pork with potates was very good.

Spent a lovely evening at All'Inferno. What a great find. Located in an old wine cellar with little grotto rooms inside and very low ceilings. My husband joked that no basketball player could go there. Very casual, in fact, tables are almost touching. But we found two couples on the next table who spoke English and we enjoyed chatting with... More

I recommend this place to any tourist looking for an authentic local meal at reasonable price. The ambient is nice but a bit hot and noisy. The waitress tend to forget few things when it is crowded, but it still is very good experience! I often eat here with my friends who are from La Spezia and it is always... More
