The Rossopomodoro restaurant in Genoa is located in a nice place in the Porto Antico (Ancient Port) area. It is not in the busy centre of the city, but you can walk from the centre along the seaside to the restaurant in ten minutes. You can have a table right before the water and enjoy the tranquillity and the retro... More

Excellent value for food and wine on the dockside - mostly Neapolitan food. Lots of families and as in Italy everything is done/said at max decibels. Not for quiet romantic a deux!

We had seafood meal every day and even for a seafood glutton like me, I was craving for a meaty meal by the end of our holiday. We saw this steak house in Porto Antico and noted their varied steak offerings. We got seated by the front edge of the harbour adjacent to those magnificent yatchs. Excellent location and views!!... We had lunch there, we chose 2 pizzas, first we got a wrong one, but then they brought the correct one. It was an average pizza, it was an average italian lunch, the place was good, the staff was also kind.

Very nice food and some interesting salads. The staff speak some English so you can get through. The food is very good, pizza seems to be very popular and is very very good. It also has great views and atmosphere. The menu is not obvious for the veggie options but the staff are super friendly so well worth going and... More

Rosso Pomodoro is a franchising restaurant group specialised in original hand made pizza Neapolis style: round, soft, cooked in wood-fired oven. Location is nice, the new Marina di Sestri, but quite difficult to reach by public transportation. You can eat in front of sailing boats looking at the sea. Choice of pizzas is pretty wide, as well as pastas and... More

Sitting outside on the docks dining among million dollar yachts and watching the cruise ships roll in. The food was great, beer was cold & multi lingual, friendly staff. And they take credit card. Nice menu. Pizza was different from others we've had but still really good.

Good food at reasonable prices. The staff were a bit overwhelmed I think as it was busy with the Genoa Charter Show in progress. They were pleasant. We would happily return there

Great place for a quick Pizza or pasta, the quality of teh food is high, and the consistency is guaranteed. If in doubt about where to go, you can always pop into one of these.
