Pastry and coffee breakfast but no eggs. They only serve Italian style breakfast so don't ask for eggs - or do ask and be prepared for a lengthy and entertaining reply. Unless the owner has won the lottery in which case the restaurant will be closed.

We loved this place, very friendly staff and great pastries, bruschetta, cappuccino, cannoli etc. We arrived in Vernazza very early in the morning, 05:30! They were the first place to open and very welcoming, letting us use their wifi to contact our house host and wait there until he got back to us. The brothers (owners) spoke very good English... We found this place by chance as we wondered away from the main drag. The owners are 2 Sicilian brothers. The food was just beautiful. We had the fish with potatoes and the eggplant parmigiana. So tasty and delicious. The staff were very friendly and inviting. I treated myself to a ricotta cannoli and it was amazing. Look forward to... More

The food was just OK, selection was good - but not the best restaurant for pasta in Vernazza. Great staff, but you need to go down town and try a couple of the eateries on the left side toward the harbor.

Great place to eat. Wonderfully friendly and welcoming hosts. Just a short stroll up the hill and highly recommended when visiting Vernazza.

Arrogant manager who forces food upon you. He was degrading my home town in front of my face. Very average food for Italy. Would never go back.

We found this by accident looking for a coffee early one morning. The staff and the coffee were brilliant. So much so we went back that night for dinner and weren't disappointed . I had risotto , my husband lasagne and we shared eggplant Parmesan ... The best . I just wish we had found it three days earlier ....

This so called restaurant is a café but not a restaurant. I can't say anything about the breakfast oder pastries but the food (starters and dishes) was horrible. The antipasti as well as the pasta seemed to be made out of frozen ingredients of mediocre quality. The owner telling about being "number one famous for desserts" was very annoying and... More

The owner of the restaurant welcomed our group with cheap jokes and exaggerations about his "famous" dishes and "the best fish and pasta in Italy". The menu showed little promise: Lasagne Bolognese and Pasta Pomodoro are not the most original dishes but the food on the plates was even more disappointing. Bad presentation, no flavor and absolutely no freshness or... More

This is the worst experience we've had anywhere in Italy in over 30 years of visits. Waiting for the bus, we wanted a coffee, but the arrogant manager wouldn't let us sit unless we had a meal. He motioned to the counter, suggesting we could stand, but the counter was piled high with dirty dishes. The restaurant advertises "Breakfast" but... More
