2 nights in a row!

Friendly staff, not too many tourists & most importantly good food. The mixed anchovy platter was amazing!!

I wanted a great Italian pizza-why not we're in Italy! But any pizza with 'fungi' (mushrooms) that come out of a can cannot be given a high rating. It was edible, filled a ginormous hole that I had worked up from walking, but I would not recommend this place. If you desire a pizza-go somewhere else. The only plus was... More

This was quite simply the worst meal I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I ordered the grilled mixed fish and specifically asked if it was frozen. They told me it was not. The shrimp and langostina were not. Everything else was. It was overcooked, I mean to say over-microwaved and then thrown on a grill for just seconds. Learn... More

All 3 pizzas were overcooked (oven not hot enough, crusts were rock-hard, difficult to cut even with a serrated knife; half of the crust in one of the pizzas was black). Also, after eating out once or twice a day for a week-long stay, it was the only place that charged 2 euros per person "pane e coperto" (bread and... More

I have eaten here a few times and all were very good! I got really sick on my trip and this was one of the few places I could find soup. It along with everything else I've tried was very tasty and the gentleman that runs it is very nice:)

Great focaccia and friendly staff. I got food here "da portar via" (to go) on two occasions after day hikes around Monterosso, quite satisfied both times. A great place to grab a mid-afternoon snack.

I am seriously confused by the positive reviews here. Perhaps ownership changed recently because this placed produced the worst pizza I've ever had in Italy and actually the entire world. Quite the feat. Decided to get some salad, and two different pizzas. Both pizzas were EXTREMELY salty. And I mean that definitively. I'd be hard pressed to even call that... More

We ate here because the outdoor seating looked pleasant. The special of gnocchi was shrimp tasted fine but had very few shrimp, and the pizza was indifferent. Nothing bad, but nothing very good, either. The service was impersonal.

We initially walked past this place as it is very small & was empty but after walking around the village we decided to go back & give it a go. We are glad we did. We had the Napoli & spicy salami pizzas. They were ready really quickly but the bases were well cooked, thin & crisp. Just how we... More

This one-man operation is friendly, and takes great care of us every time we visit. Emy makes delicious pizza and focaccia, and has tasty wine and a selection of beers, too. The prices are very low for what you get. He also has take-away if you wish! Do not miss this place, just as you enter the historical part of... More
