The food at this restaurant was excellent. It was recommended by our hotel and others. The location was a little off the beaten path and the ambiance was not quite as romantic as some. However, the staff was very friendly and anxious to please and the food was delicious. Try the anchovies which are a specialty in Monerossa.

We found this restaurant by Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed.I had fillet of tuna and sauteed mushrooms and my wife had gnocchi. Excellent food. Our waiter was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. The restaurant is in the old town and not on the main street, although just one street over. Very nice experience.

Ristorante Via Venti was really good. Our family arrived early without a reservation at 6:30 when they opened and got a table for 5. We had great service and sampled many great items from the menu but the pear and ricotta stuffed pasta was the best. You will need to make a reservation (especially on weekends) for later seating outside.... More

This is a relatively small restaurant just off the beaten track in the historic area of Monterosso. My wife and I had seen a number of positive reviews and decided to give it a try. Well, it was excellent! We were near the sea so both chose a seafood dish, one being sea bass and the other tuna. Both were... More

Via Venti gave us the best Italian food experience we had during out resent 2 weeks trip to Italy. Their signature antipasti is to die for. It includes hot and cold appetizers and it is really the best in Ital as we know it :) Ask for the dish they are famous for and you will not regret. Fish ravioli... More

I highly recommend. Ate here with friends recently. The fish my friends had was superb, as was my pasta. Catch of the day was displayed near the front door. Wine and dessert were terrific as well. Restaurant has great ambiance, with wine stored in an alcove on display. Service was also great. There are only about a dozen tables, though,... More

On a recent holiday in Cinque Terre sourced this restaurant using Trip Advisor because we wanted to go somewhere nice. The food was okay but the service was really slack. Very disappointed. The manager/owner played the role of welcoming and eventually taking our order but that was the last effort made. After that it was a slow paced inattentive service.... More

Everything was wonderful. Some of the best food we had while in Italy. Met wonderful people from Chicago. Got water thrown on me by some guy who said I was too loud. Tiganello paired with the pear and ricotta ravioli. Pesto dish. Amazing.

This is a small restaurant with a few outside tables on Via XX Septembre. A wonderful authentic local Italian place with fresh fish dishes, fresh pasta and a very nice staff. Prices are reasonable and service is good. My wife had prawns which were very good and I had swordfish.
