This is a bakery, not a restaurant. There are all sorts of different types of focaccia but I went for the pan fritto. Sitting on a bench in the main street of old town, via Roma, I overheard a guide talk about the pan fritto in this bakery. Yep, it was fabulous. Still warm, the bread was light and puffy... More

The best farinata / socca I have tasted in Italy and France combined. The crispiest too! So authentic and located in a very charming spot in lovely Monterosso. We went two years ago and dreamed of it ever since...and now we are back in the Cinque Terre and happy to report that nothing has changed, it's just as good as... More

Everything in there looked fresh and delicious! They have pizza, and different types of bread. But I had to go with the fried bread with the cheese inside (forgot what it was called). This was AMAZING! It was piping hot, so you could tell that they just fried it. I liked it because it wasn't greasy at all. It was... More

This bakery produces a range of products, including focaccia in different flavours and the local vegetable tart. Everything I tasted was good, but I particularly liked the fried bread with cheese in the middle. This was freshly cooked and still hot when I had it, and it was so delicious. They keep baking throughout the day, so it's often possible... More

This isn't neopolitan style or fancy pizza. But this was probably the best slice I had in Italy. The bread is almost like it was fried or griddled. It was just so dang tasty. Eat it as a snack or for lunch.

Three of us bought focaccia and farinata at this place for lunch. Focaccia was not so warm but farinata was just ready when we came and it was delicious. Also bought castagnaccio and it was tasty as well. After having eaten all we have bought, we went back again to get one more farinata and focaccia. Inexpensive and delicious. We... More

I've been in the baking business for over 35 years and have baked thousands of loafs of Focaccia , however mine pale to the loafs baked here ( I'm from Oregon) The offering changes daily , we love to picnic so we bought 3 different types and a bottle of wine , hiked until we were Hungary ! Super cheap... More

This small bakery is tucked in one of the side streets of the old Monterosso al Mare. The place has som of the finest friratas in the whole of Cinque Terre. Their menue changes during the day depending on the baking schedule but usually you'll find very cheap, fresh and tasty pastries in the mornign and toward the end of... More

Nothing bad to say about this place, you can easily find a cheap, tasty focaccia - and in so many flavours! Recommended. The inside is clean and roomy, and service is warm.
