Lunch with a view

Beautiful view and really good food which is also quite fairly priced. Great portions of wine - you order a glass of white and you get a FULL glass of wine, not 1/3 of it. The service could be better, although we got no special attitude - girls were just tired and there were too few of them to... read more

Worst restaurant in Manarola! The seafood plate was not good, so we mentioned it to the staff nicely! They were arrogant and ugly and they charged us uncorrect! We had to pay 50 euro for a terrible meal! The octopus was black, the prawns were like a rock! We tasted it and we had a stomach ake for 3 hours... More

Beautiful fresh seafood, handmade pastas, good wine, reasonable pricing and a great waterfront location that offers amazing sunset views.

I think this is the lowest rating I have given a restaurant in Italy during my year here. Most of it results from really poor service. The food was ok - though there was broken shell in my seafood pasta which made its way into my mouth on more than one occasion. The server I had was memorable only towards... More

A view to die for , but a menu that died a long time ago . Why did I not just walk ? Well the view is amazing and I would have eaten cheese on toast just to sit here . But it was a special evening and I wanted the food to match the view . But it didn't... More

The view was the only positive part of this experience. Staff was rude to any non Italian speaking guest. It was possibly my least favorite meal in all of Italy. We spent 2 days in Manarola, aside from this meal, Manarola is heavenly.

It's a nice place, with beautiful view on the sea. Quite busy, so it;s better to make a booking. Food was very good. We had a sea food starter to share. It was delicious and big enough for 2 persons. Service could be more attentive, but taking into consideration, that Monarola is packed with tourists I can somehow understand it.

We dined at this restaurant today......nothing wrong with the food, although a bit overpriced. We thought the waiter appeared disinterested, when we saw the attitude of the manager we then had more of an understanding of the staff attitude. We noticed a couple being moved 3 times in the whim of management. An entertaining guitarist was told to move on.... More

This outdoor restaurant with its fresh white table cloths, is right down by the harbour of Manarola. We revelled in the linguini with half a lobster each -- for just 18 Euros per person! House wines are palatable, and service amiable.

We had a late lunch/early dinner here to catch the sunset. The staff was friendly and the pasta was great. The house wine is sweet and there is the typical Italian no rush sense to the meal. One the of few restaurants in beautiful village.
