Tried to have drinks and appetizers at this restaurant at 430 in the afternoon. When we asked for a table the server asked us "what for?" We replied that we were looking for drinks and appetizers. She said "we only do meals". The restaurant was only 1/4 full, all of people who were also having drinks. When we checked the... More

First of all - this restaurant has the best location in Manarola, just 100 meters from the ocean, and a nice atmosphere. But that's probably the only good thing about this restaurant. We were a group of 4 entering the restaurant, and the staff didn't seem to care much about us. We had to wait for a long time to... More

My girlfriend and I ordered the fish platter for two people, expecting that would be enough for 2 people. We were a little bit disappointed with the amount and quality of fish (1), prawns and crabs served. Needless to say that we were both hungry after our meal. Also got charged for bread we didn't order or want.

No point in looking for an "authentic" place in Manarola-you are in the CinqueTerra and everywhere is crawling with tourists. Restaurant has terrific views and we expected to enjoy the view and put up with mediocre food. But, food was good, fresh fish -excellent tuna. One sour note, there were some groups of Chinese tourists and they definitely received a... More

Having the best location on the cliffside, overlooking the sea, at Manorola - Cinque terre ,its first Resturant you see when you arrive by ferry. It was about 4pm, we just got back by from being out all day and were wanting to have a few drinks only. We asked the waitress if it was okay- the reply was no we... More

We ordered the fish platter for two people. It was terrible and only had one fish and a few prawns and a crab, which weren't fresh. We were both left hungry and disappointed. A real pity as we'd chosen this restaurant for our night out in manarola and we're very disappointed. Also got charged for bread we didn't order or... More

I had black pasta with shrimps. It was delicious! The wine from the area was nice as well. And the mussles. The view was fantastic! Just eat your dinner here!

We had eaten lunch in Corniglia, so tried to have dessert and coffee at this place, but were chased away because we weren't having a main course. I would probably have understood if the restaurant was full, but it was half empty! The waitron was rude and arrogant! Not a great advertisement at all.
