We celebrated my husband's birthday here while staying at La Torretta. We had hoped for a table with a view but one wasn't available. Nonetheless, our dining experience was very good. Don't let the owner's gruff exterior turn you off...he's really a softie! He waited on us and said he wouldn't bring dishes we wanted because we were ordering too... More

This is without a doubt the best restaurant in Manarola. The food is excellent, featuring very fresh seafood, as one might expect. Service is excellent. Waiters are friendly. The prices are high, but as the title suggests, you get what you pay for. Be sure to book a reservation early so you can get a table on the lovely terrace.... More

Our dinner was romantic and tasty. We ordered the seafood samplers. Each sampler was so well prepared and totally worth trying. Then we had lobster and spaghetti. They were so yummy and still make me mouthwatering when thinking of those delicious plates. Our after-dinner liquor tasting was fun and memorable. If you get a chance, you should talk to the... More

If you want to go there during high season make a reservation first. We had no reservation so we had to have a table in the cave. It was better to be honest. We had an excellent dinner consisting of a selection of 12 different small starters, a spaghetti with lobster for two, 2 bottles of cinque Terre wine and... More

This was the most expensive meal that we had in our two weeks in Italy. Service was average, food was good, but not worth the price. There are much better restaurants in Manarola, with as good of views.

Perched on a hill overlooking the sea, the restaurant is about a 10 min walk up from the train station and offers a splendid views. The 12 dish appetizer is a solid choice offering a good overview of what's on offer while the black (squid ink) pasta was among the better I've come across. Service was decent. Overall great fare... We loved our meal here- we had pasta, fresh sea bass, grilled vegetables, and then tiramisu and espresso for dessert. Everything was top notch. The hotel was steps away from our hotel (La Torretta) and view was amazing.
