Service and house wine were fine, scallops and calamari starters were OK but sea bass main courses were poor. Not a repeat!

We reserved a table for two outside and had a great evening. Fantastic Pasta (Bavette), really great tournedos and nice Merlot. nothing to complain....very friendly people. Make sure to visit them.

Slow service, uninspired cooking, high prices, not much nice to say about this restaurant and yes, if you have nothing nice to say than shut up, I know but maybe that won't help fellow travelers.

This place came recommended by the hotel we were staying at, and it was a good call. We decided on the 7-course tasting menu, which was a bit on the optimistic side. If we knew the size of the portions, the 5-course option would have been more appropriate. Skip lunch if you plan on the longer one for dinner!

This is a very cute, well decorated restaurant, very close to "piazza dell'Unità" we decided to try the degustation menu, consistent in ten different small plates, all delicious! This place it's really worth the try! This menu includes five different types of wine, all of them of the region.

We divided our visit to Italy between Venice and Trieste, and this was by far our best dining experience. My wife found it on the Internet while looking for restaurants near our hotel. What a find! The décor is in pastel colors and is a mixture of elegance and simplicity. Service is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food is inventive... More

Tucked away in an alleyway but actually quite easy to find if you go from Piazza dell'Unita, this was one of few restaurants open on a Monday night in January. It was the dearest of our three restaurant visits in Trieste but was the best and not bad value for such an excellent meal. After a spritz to whet the... More

The restaurant is located just a few steps from the Piazza d' Unita, on the narrow street surrounded by the charming old buildings. In addition to indoor seating ,restaurant has a pleasant outdoor setting consisting of a row of tables along the building. The menu appeared limited and boring, however, after daily specials and server explanations ...it was more appealing,... More

We ate here two times in a few days and both times we had a fantastic food experience! Every time the food was delicious and the service excellent! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! If we go back to Trieste we would certainly eat here again!

We stumbled upon this place on the last night in Trieste and it was great to have such a wonderful meal to remind us of the city. The service was also good and the staff were knowledgeable about the food and wine
