We had a delicious dinner here in this tucked away family run restaurant just off the main tourist district of Ravenna. Stand out fritto misto including delicate vegetables as well as prawns, squid and baby octopus. Succulent sea bass in a seasonal asparagus sauce. Great regional wine list. Restaurant completely full on a Friday night so booking advised.

A bit pricey but natural wonderful farm food, cheese with figs is definitely worth trying as well as steak and pasta. Nice and cosy, family-run

Service, atmosphere and food were all as they should be for a good fish restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful and all the fish we had was fresh. Fish in Italy can be surprisingly costly, and this restaurant was no exception, but the quality was also very high. A safe bet for a mid-to-high-level fish dinner.

This was a really good evening - great food, wonderful atmosphere (kind of like a temple to food, wine, photography, art and music) and really a standout in Ravenna. Especially appreciated the understated nature of the place - low lights, friendly but discrete, not loud music - distinguishes it from many places in Italy. Go there!

The food is excellent, the service attentive (on the Italian time zone) and the background music is jazz! not so loud as to distract but a very pleasant background surprise. The only amuse bouche I've had in Ravenna (most of Italy for that matter), and get the triple-chocolate mousse!

We had a lovely meal here on our last night in Ravenna, wonderful fish items - lovely pasta and they even replaced the fish amuse bouche with a more meat one for my father who was not feeling like fish. Wonderful food, but service a tad slow. A real retreat.

Lovely small dining room with upscale atmosphere. Menu offers interesting selection of well prepared dishes. Our favorite was the fois gras appetizer. Gets busy. Not a place to rush through a meal. Our dinner for two took 2 hours. Average value. You will need a reservation.

We saw lights on about 7:00 PM and stopped in to make a reservation. We were glad we did because when we arrived back about 8:00 the room was nearly full. We watched as they turned group after group away. I would say reservations are a must. The food and service were very good. The menu, as you would expect... More

Our dinner here was one of the best we have ever had in Italy. The food was subtle, creative, delicious and unique. The service was impeccable and the wine selection was perfection. We only wish we were staying longer in Ravenna and could experience the cuisine again!

When you enter you already feel that it is an elegant but not formal place to have dinner, almost like your dining room. Authentic specialties but with a sophisticated blend that make them new to you. even if you know Italian cuisine very well. The wine selection is extraordinary with excellent local wines (Sangiovese) but also those special ones from... More
