We dined here several times while in Parma and had a great time. Friendly host with reasonable English, excellent food and prompt service at a very reasonable price. We felt very much at home and thoroughly enjoyed the evening(s)

Like others, we came upon this trattoria by accident right on opening time on a Saturday night. our group of seven was seated outside and service was pleasant and quick. Meals were good and included local dishes. All very reasonably priced. Some English spoken which helped some of our group.

I found this restaurant by wandering around in the area behind the government centre on a weekend when many restaurants were closed for lunch. I had the risotto and the spinach, and both were excellent. Of course I had the parmesan cheese afterwards! The place was quite full but service was prompt, although not completely smooth. Everyone seemed to be... More

First visit in Parma and won't be the last one. Fine pasta and delicious wines. Honest prices. I will come back

A nice, friendly restaurant located in an ally way. Need to look for this, not far from the main square. We went for lunch and had no reservation. The place was quite empty. The staff was friendly though the service was rather slow. We tried the chestnut pasta (pasta made with chestnut flour), not too exciting, just like the nice... More

We visited this retro trattoria twice during the first weeks of our stay in Parma. We tried 5-6 dishes but none really to remember. I wouldn't recommend as one of the top options in Parma.

No atmosphere but very good food. Try the 'hamburger'. No bun or any other mac D similarity. Tasty ground beef wrapped in local ham. Risotto perfect. Good Venetian Sauvignon too. Cheap

I found this this place by wandering around. I love those kind of travel finds. I had a lovely meal here. Showed up on a quiet night without reservations and got a table outside (in the middle of June). Service, food, and atmosphere all very good. I had the tortelli d'erbetta and carpaccio di cavallo (raw horse), both topped with... More

We visited the restaurant based on tripadvisor comments and we were pleased we did so. It was the night for tickle the palate. Exquisite! We phoned there to make a reservation, beacause we read here the reservation is needed, but this was not true in our occasion. There were several tables free when we arrived on 9 p.m. The waited... we visited on a very quiet night, the staff were very nice to us and explained what was on the menu (in good english). Tortelli was a good choice (but my meat dish less so). The cheapest wine on the menu was actually nice, and desert (semifreddo?) lovely. All in all a good place to try parma style food.
