THis is the restaurant that I go to most of the times in Parma. For colleagues who do not know this city, I bring them very often there because they will never get disappointed. Food quality: good and very typical Parmesan food (they provide Torta Frita here); Service: never had any problem. English and French speaking Price: eat like a... More

Great red wine braised pork shoulder in the region as well as traditional dishes, very tasty as well as homemade pumpkin dumplings, business is very good! There must also refer a friend to come with their families to enjoy local meals.

Nice traditional Italian food, served well in god proportions. The food here is always of the highest standard, I have eaten here a couple of times before and always look forward to my next visit. If in Parma, I recommend. It's where to locals go! http://www.itrisiochett.it/

We were recommended to track this place out although you would need a car its worth it. The food was amazing. Very busy with families and friends getting together to get out of Parma City Centre.

A fantastic local restaurant with outdoor area to enjoy summer nights. I had tortelli pasta which was great. On the menu you can find lot of parma specials like horse meat etc. It was excellent value for food and wines.

In our stay in Parma we dined in three very different restaurants, and i do the revues of the three and classify all with the same score, but for different reasons, clearly explaining why, and what kind of restaurant and food you should expect. They are the Trattoria del Tribunale, I Tri Siochett and La Greppia If you are looking... More

I found this place listed as a 'bib gourmand' in the Italy Michelan guide it was sensational food, excellent service and definitely regional cuisine the lasagne was very tasty, tortellini equally so and the Parma ham sublime a bit out of the way but worth a stop off the motorway!
