We came to this restaurant after reading many great reviews. The food was excellent, the gnocchi was superb and the parmesan risotto was top notch. The service was quite questionable as the staff seemed reluctant to take our order, bring our wine and when we asked for a second bottle of water, it took us reminding them three times that... More

Having religiously checked Trip Advisor before going to any restaurant this holiday in order to avoid tourist traps and get a real Italian experience, we felt we had to check this one out as we looked at the menu, saw it was up a side street, and saw there were lots of people eating there. Between 4 of us we... More

Another tip from our B&B host. A bit hidden from the main streets. Excellent food, lovely restaurant, professional service. Possibility to eat outside, about 20m away from the front door.

Specially took a one hour ride to parma to try the restaurant. It was worth the time. Dishes were simple and yet delicious, especially the antipasti and pasta.

The restaurant is tucked away in a small alley away from the crowd and noise. It was a beautiful sunny day and the four of us decided to sit outside. As this was our first trip to Parma we wanted to taste as much as possible of the local cuisine. I am telling you it does not get much better... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of the B&B we were staying in. The restaurant is situated in a quiet street off the centre. You have the option to eat in or outside. The food is typical of the region and freshly made on the day. The pasta was incredible! The wines are also excellent. Prices very... More

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in this charming restaurant. Several regional specialties were available, all top quality, with very generous portions at extremely reasonable prices. Service was very good with friendly staff. Torte fritte with variety of the best cured meats from Emilia-Romagna was our starter. Primo included lasagne and tortellone with artichoke filling. Veal guanciale with aceto balsamico sauce... More

This restaurant is on a little side street in Parma center. Nice menu selections with fair prices. I had osso bucco, spinach and salad, with wine for 22 euros. Good prices and really good food.

Make sure you get in early if you want a table and don't have a booking - the place fills up fast, with good reason. The food is honest and plentiful with a very good selection of local specialties. Good service, pleasant atmosphere and outstanding value for money. Put this on your to do list - you will not be... More
