Lovely, even in the rain

We started to have lunch outside before the rain came. We were well protected during the rain and stayed where we were. The food was very good and the service was excellent.

We were in Parma on an August morning, when everything was closed! We were sure when we entered this place it was going to be an overpriced tourist trap.. It wasn't.... We ate wonderful food. Service was above and beyond. Waiter was extremely knowledgeable and warm. Had (fresh) pasta full of fresh truffles (that tasted like truffles, not so easy... More

We went there today looking for the prosciutto Parma and "torta frita" as entrance. The waitress made some confusion and the manager come back to us talking very loud that we can't divide the plate... He insisted we should order 2 individual entrances because is the "house's rule". His treatment was very agressived and take away all "magic food "... More

We arrived In Parma on a Saturday night after a long car trip and on our way to Milan. The streets were full of people enjoying the many outside restaurants, walking around and having a good time. We chose to have dinner at Sorrelle Picchi for their location and the display of foods in the window. When we asked for... More

We ate outside and were treated to many specialties. Their ravioli is delicious as was the stuffed veal. This is a great place to view the passers by and enjoy good food and wine.

We had an outstanding dinner at this restaurant our last visit to Parma. Dining outdoors on the street was perfect and the service was excellent with perfect recommendations on the wine and dinner specials. Amazing choice of salumni and wonderful Parma ham and cheese for appetizers. Recommend you dine here when in town.

We sat outside in this efficient and friendly trattoria where we ate twice during a short stay. Tortellini with a ragu sauce was a bit heavy but the trio of ravioli was perfection, as was the mushroom risotto, all washed down with a lovely light red Lambrusco. Another well established eaterie worth checking out.

I went to this restaurant with international friends to have a typical meal of Parma...especially with ham and typical pasta. The food was really amazing, we had pasta and very good white wine, but the services was not that satisfactory. In particular the manager of waiters was challenging my friends because since they are Muslim they decide to drink a... More

At the suggestion of my landlady I visited this wonderful trattoria for a leisurely lunch. Located on Via Farini right off of the Piazza Garibaldi I started with a tasting of 3 Cheeses (Parmigiano Reggiano of course!) accompanied by a portion of torts fritta. Then I could not resist the second course of pork cooked in local Lambrusco wine with... More
