A memorable birthday dinner

This was our first time at Drogheria and we already want to get back. The food, drinks and atmosphere were all delicious and warm. They make a delightful birthday cake if you give them a day's notice. Wonderful place!!

I had been trying to go to this place for the past 3 years I have been to Italy but they don't open until 8:30p & I could never wait that late to eat. Finally we just made it happen and will definitely be back! Reservations are a MUST, so don't even try to go without one. I never saw... More

Stopped in (party of 6...and a dog) for a late lunch on New Years Eve based on an old New York Times review my son had read. The staff was busy preparing for a sold out evening but we were welcomed in without hesitation. Read the reviews - positive and negative - and make your own call. My two cents:... More

Went last Saturday, dinner for three. Will keep this short as prefer to move on to more positive reviews. There is no menu as front Lady comes rounds to offer what is available....Long story short we wait 1.5 hrs for food, after having consumed bottle of wine whilst waiting for food and not with meal. Food ok. Some members of... More

The owner Emmanuel may not bother you with a menu but instead just discuss what you like and it magically shows up on the plate. He knows how to make a meal an experience and there will be many little tastey interludes in between the main courses. This place is busy during the day and even busier late at night... More

What a charming, delightful experience this restaurant proved to be. The food was excellent and the owner so involved it is impossible to separate him from the meal itself. The menu is mostly in Emmanuel's head and he shares it with you. He will also met special requirements. He will also just send a dish or a wine he thinks... More

We received a warm welcome here. Locals eat here and one can see why. It is charming as are the staff. There was no menu but the food of the evening was described to us. The complementary wine on arrival puts one in a good frame of mind too. An amuse Bouche arrived and then a pasta. I had guinea... More

We had another memorable dinner at Drogheria Della Rosa last week. We each started with a glass of Prosecco, then tortellini in brodo. Our large beef steaks (filet mignon) were perfectly cooked. The tender beef and balsamic sauce were exactly right with a local Sangiovese. We had dessert and finished with a few sips of Grappa. For all we ate... More

Saturday night dinner for three. You are quickly seated which is good. Glasses of Prosecco are quickly brought without you asking, which could be good, except it is flat and warm, having been poured from an open bottle sitting up near the door. Some amuse bouche come without being asked, they are good ( the best part of the meal).... More

It is a very nice place. Good food, good wines. There only was 1 problem. We were with 12 people, so we ended up in a corner with not enough space for everybody. So, go there with 4 persons max and your evening will be super.
